The workers don't seem like they have nothing to do. They don't seem really eager to assist you. I didn't feel that warm come again feeling. This store doesn't have tartar sauce for onion rings. The vanilla milkshake is way too sweet. I would not be going back here eventhough it is convenient.

The floors are dirty and the staff is under trained and staffed and the made to order food cold itâs tv dinner to go have it your way

The food was made fresh staff was friendly food was hot and delicious đ. With that being said there was a couple of strange individuals sitting at the front entrance going in and out constantly going to the restroom alot of funny business going on here.

Wish I can give this place less than one star, everything about them sucks. I placed an order with uber eats and they not only missed the order notes and still put a tomato on my burger when it specifically said not to and removed the pickles instead⊠then they took it upon themselves to replace my milkshake with a coke ⊠l called the store to express my disappointments and had the most unapologetic conversation with the supposed manager Antonio he claimed they didnât have milkshakes so they just replaced it whatâs the issue if I already got a refund on it when the call was made for both the burger and shake. He told me if I wanted the burger done correctly I had to bring it. then when asked for customer service he kept saying he doesnât have the number go on the app or the site. Store is incompetent and needs to be retrained.

Iâm deeply disappointed by yet another poor experience at this location, specifically with the same employee who has previously shown a dismissive and petulant attitude toward customers. During todayâs visit, I politely asked for my mobile order to be corrected, and instead of receiving basic courtesy, I was met with visible irritation and rudeness.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee appeared to be in the middle of a personal phone callâclearly using an AirPodâwhile attempting to âassistâ me. This undoubtedly contributed to her lack of attention and poor attitude. If employees are prioritizing personal conversations during working hours, itâs no wonder customer service is suffering.
Iâve since read several other reviews describing the same behavior from what I suspect is the same employee. Itâs clear Iâm not the only one encountering this issue, which makes it even more concerning that no corrective action seems to have been taken yet.
To be clear, the food itself was fresh and deliciousâno complaints there. But the overall experience is completely soured by rude, inattentive customer service. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary training or disciplinary measures. Paying customers deserve respectful, focused serviceâespecially when simply trying to correct an order.

I come to this shopping mall quite often. Unfortunately, there's always crackheads coming in and asking for money. They also try to steal from the restaurant. I feel bad for the workers, but other than that, I like the service and the employees are very nice.

This place has went bad! If you are coming order your food and go i sat and waited for my number to be called and I saw a Crack deal happen while another one was smoking Crack it's not the workers fault but I'd beware! But if you want Crack and a whopper come on down the dealers are in the front and the food is in the back

My mom became severely sick within 2 hours after eating a hamburger sandwich from this branch. Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea with severe abdominal pain and discomfort!!! We had to call an ambulance and she had to be admitted for several food poisoning!!!! You guys are severing bad beef. Please check your meat, the chain of storage and those that are cooking, to ensure the health and safety of the community is being placed as a priority!!! This Almost killed my mother!!!
