Most disgusting Burger King in New York City. The door handle is broken so you can't enter the restaurant properly. There's always someone out front panhandling, begging or asking you for money as you place your order.The sitting area is filthy. There's trash, half eaten food and burger wrappers all over the floor. The tables are always dirty and never wiped clean.The cashiers are rude, arrogant and hate their job. They refuse to call your order when your food is ready. So be prepared to remind them that you placed an order and that you want your food. Overall, don't come to this place because you certainly can't have it your way

Ordered 4 burgers with no mayo due to allergies and received all 4 with it. Also ordered a classic wrap with no ranch sauce. But receive a spicy wrap. While ordering, a homeless guy is literally all the way next to you so paying cash is awkward as hell. Please re-train the staff on making sure the Burger King method is applied and I can actually have it My way. And please come up with a better system in which getting the correct order is applied.

I was there today at around 9 50 pm employees just taking to each other and doing the order in their time it was a girl and a boy at the front. Is not a real fast food restaurant

Went to this location on my lunch break. I ended up ordering food for two co-workers and myself. The woman that took my order did not speak English and messed up one of the orders. I told her my original order was 1 cheeseburger instead of two. Knowing that I’m using my coworkers money for her specific order I knew for sure I said 1. This woman argued me down that I order two burger. I told her that I wasn’t going to argue with her and simple asked her to take off one of the burgers. She rolled her eyes and used her personal cell phone to call someone speaking in Spanish. This woman proceeded to snatch my receipt for me canceled the whole order and gave me all my money back instead of simply taking off 1 of the burgers! The attitude and disrespect was very unnecessary! And it would have been appreciated if she acknowledged her mistake and fixed it accordingly! If you going to work in a traditional American food chain at least learn the American language and treat others with respect! First and last time visiting this location! 11/21/23 @1:20 PM.

Very poor service and very childish Behavior a lot of horse play When the lady ask the gentleman if he can take my order he refused he stated in Spanish" yo no le voy a cojir la ordern a el que espere "thats I'm not taking his order he can wait he told her in Spanish he didn't think I understood regardless this is fast food if somebody is slowing down your business or refusing to take another person's order who are you guys hiring on top of that if you dine in you can't even use the bathroom because there's always a homeless guy in front of the door who they are afraid that is going to use the bathroom so they're excuses the bathroom is out of order are you serious all year round come on

Always clean, but employees tends to be slow at times

Super unprofessional. I went in there today 6/9/2023 at 5:20 pm. No one was on line. I walked up to 3 girls & 2 guys behind the counter laughing and playing. After waiting a few minutes I asked if someone could take my order and with an attitude one responded only one register is working. They continued to laugh and joke around in Spanish. I just walked out.

The reason why I give it a one star because It always that one girl that is always messing up people order. When you look at your receipt it’s not the order that you ask for and her attitude is disgusting. No offense, but someone needs to train her on properly listen to orders. If you don’t like your job, find another one

This location is completely mismanaged, whoever owns and runs this establishment doesn't properly train their staff and it shows. Orders are slow and inaccurate which makes no sense, if it's going to be slow it should be accurate because you took your time. The staff does not know what it is doing and seemingly has not been trained in how to properly take orders or prepare orders. No one cleans the restaurant, it's constantly dirty. This service and quality is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of being a franchise, it misrepresents the brand in every way possible. Even if you are the only person in the store somehow everything still takes long and is inaccurate.I have been here multiple times, with multiple different staff in place and it's always somehow the same horrible service. Please corporate Burger King, strip this location of being a franchisee.
