How i call to ask how to order the sponge bob meal on uber eats and the one who picks up the phone just straight tells me she dont know i ask what item i can order that matches the amount of that meal since is not on the menu option but it is available at the store and also says she dont know puts no effort in helping me out or puts someone that actually knows how to do their job on the phone so i can get some help on making a order horrible customer service made that call at 8:05 dec 7 2025 horrible shouldn have people working on picking up the phone with such horrible customer service

They prioritize drive thru orders before in store orders , they took my sandwich and moved it to a drive through order just to get it out faster instead of serving me my sandwich I was waiting over 20 minutes for.

For such a renowned company, the service and wait times were horrible, for what ever reasons.. it should NEVER take 16mins to receive a semi warm Whopper jr and over salted fries.. I mean It wasn't tje lunch rush and there were 2 other people already complaining that they were on lunch and had been waiting 20 plus minutes for their meals. I mean, I'd expect that from the arches, because the name seems not the quality...
But the king has to do better

Very clean, the drive thru staff was super friendly and fast. Food was good but the fries were a bit too salt.
I ordered through the app and picked up at the drive thru. When I arrived home I noticed one item was missing. I called back and spoke to an: Assistant Manager - Katy
She was so apologetic but these things happen. I always let these things go while ordering for myself but this time the item missing was for a child.
Katy had me come back, gave me the item and handled the situation with the utmost Professionalism and a Welcoming smile.
People like this is what makes the world a better place - by exemplifying superior Customer Service.

Haven’t been here in a while. We love to try the collaborations BK does. Even though most of the meal was hot, once again, the burgers were on the cool/cold side. I remember when the burgers were served as expected, hot. Don’t know what the issue is, this is the only BK in the area that seems to have this issue.
