They barely speak english and Joselyn laughed in my face over a technical issue. I showed them the order on my phone and they just say “I don’t know about the app” I was literally telling them it was set for pick up later but I needed it now and they couldn’t understand.

When I we went to this Burger King in the Bronx. The people in there barely spoke English and I had to keep repeating myself. I Asked a family member to place the order for me and send me the order number. The order was supposed to be two large Whopper Meals with cheese, extra pickle, extra lettuce, a Dr. Pepper, and a Coca Cola, no ice. She repeated my meal and so I figured she would give me what I ordered. To Be clear, Large fries and large soda with each meal. When I got home, to my surprise, I had two whopper juniors with cheese with a slimy sliver of the smallest tomato, barely any lettuce, with no extra pickles. So I received two large sodas and two large fries, one of the large fries had tater tots in the fries. My son was disappointed, but hungry, so he ate his and said the Burger was slimy, same as mines. I couldn't get it down. Both of the sodas were flat...EVEN WITHOUT ICE. It all went to waste because the food was disgusting. I called the Burger King to let them know what transpired, and got hung up on multiple times. When they did answer the phone the first person did not understand what I was saying and handed me off to the second person, who barely spoke English. She wasn't listening to what I said, as I was explaining, she hung up. I deserve a FULL REFUND!

This store at 3261 Westchester Ave in the Bronx is the worst. The service from these women that barely speak English and young women of color are the worst. The simplest thing to do on any job that deal with the public is customer service and DO NOT ARGUE with the customer. If I ask for mustard, don’t wait until my order is done to tell me you don’t have mustard. If I tell you now mayonnaise then that’s it, NO MAYO. Save your young people attitude and no English speaking arrogance for your people!!! It has no place in hospitality. instead of arguing with customers and doing nothing, you need to clean them tables regularly. How about that?

This store just needs to close at this point. No one here knows anything or understands english and they work here everyday. Its fine if you dont understand English well but you cant have attitude at the same time. They always looked bothered when a customer walks in the store but then they take 5+ minutes to take your order and prepare it. You’d think they’d get you out fast considering they don’t want to work. Management acts just like the crew dirty attitudes. There are only 1-3 people here that actually seem to know how to do their job. And they always forget things in your order. Never fails. People constantly complain about this place and i always leave more upset than the last time.
