Cleanliness was 2 1/2 stars: the trash cans were overflowing and the tables needed to be cleaned. The restroom's we're both out of order☹️? Wheelchair accessibility: The tables can be used with a wheelchair or a Rollator. The chairs are movable.

Ordered through the app a biscuit egg sandwich and mocha coffee. Not only are they out of biscuits but also said they don't make mocha coffee only vanilla. The order is now completely different than what I had wanted. The service is also slow. The employees are always talking in the back even when there are people on line waiting. I'm not expecting 5 star service but even from a fast food chain this is disappointing.

This place should close down. Always only 1 or 2 workers doing everything. Takeouts are usually always wrong. And homeless people are always in there sleeping by the bathrooms. I rather eat a peanut butter sandwich at home then to eat there .......
Worst restaurant I've ever been to I don't expect crazy customer service at a fast food restaurant but when there's only one person in the building the tables were filthy there were seven people online and the guy behind the counter was getting yelled at while he's making ice cream for a woman that waited 20 minutes after she placed the order he told her I'll refund your money and you can leave so everybody else on the line left

Worst Burger King ever. Place is dirty the staff is slow I ordered the the number 1 no pickles and not onions sure enough I have to give it back to get another and while I was waiting 2 more clients came in they gave them the wrong order. It took them 12 munutes to make my order also the soda is flat.

This burger king location refused to let me use their bathroom after i spent $15 there. The lady stated they don't have a bathroom. I think this a disgrace.
