The store has a friendly atmosphere, and the food that is served there makes it feel like I'm in Manhattan. The guys working at the counter are courteous and professional when you give your order. I just wished I had an easier time reaching the potato chips since it is cut off via a railing that looks like it's going into the basement, but otherwise, I will recommend anyone that has business in Burnside to go here.

The guy that does the grill in the daytime, I swear he has a hearing problem. It's either that, or he's doing it on purpose. He NEVER gets my order right. You tell him what you want and he gives you the total opposite.

Super friendly 24 hour deli! The food is always on point! Never had a bad meal here! Everything is fresh and clean and the staff is super friendly! This is my favorite deli in the neighborhood and you really can't beat 24 hours! I appreciate them for this! Seems like everything closes so early here! So if you are looking for a late night after hours snack spot, this is it! Very much appreciated! I recommend 10 out of 10! Very high quality deli! Really is Burnside's finest! They will never disappoint! That lamb over rice! Best I ever had!

DONT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ORDER A ROAST BEEF SANDWICH WITH PEPPER JACK CHEESE COLD TOAST THE BREAD ONLY!!!!! WITH EXTRA CHEESE ON UBER EATS THROUGH A COWORKER APP DID I GET THAT NO I GOT A FULL BLOWN HOT SANDWICH THAT WOULD OF GOT ME SERVERLY SICK.... TRIED TO CALL THEM AND OF COURSE THEY DONT ANSWER. SO UPSET WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!

When this store first opened it was in my opinion 5 stars the guy cooking was great even knew your order when you walked through the door, BUT sense he’s gone and they give a different reason why he’s not there the store quality has dropped significantly. I now go there ONLY when the chicken spot or Taco Bell are closed to get something to eat. I used to go there sometimes 5 to 6 days a WEEK now I go there 1 to 2 times a MONTH.
