Service was horrible ordered my food and it was cold when I got it . Got some smoothies and I couldn't even drink them from how big the ice were left . Went back and had to get everything re-done after waiting almost 30mins for a item that takes 8-10mins tops . Not a hater just my honest opinion

Do not order from here. You will receive trash every single time. Bought two cachapas and both were burned, soggy and broken all throughout. I've ordered from here over 10 times and all times have been complete total trash food.

I ordered a pork yaroa. When I arrived back to work to eat my lunch the yaroa only had cheese. I called to let them know and all they said was for me to take the cup sauces and pour it in my food. The customer service was horrible. It would of be better if they were more empathetic as per it was their mistake
I never write reviews. But this is very bad business practice. I use to live around the block from here and I can't find a similar spot like this where I moved 45 mins away. So I decide that I want some of this food at around 10pm online it says they are open until 12. I get here at 10:45 doors locked, the two women inside signaling me it's closed. It's the worst feeling to drive that far just for these employees to lie to my face. I'm sure the owner would be upset. But this completely turned me off.

Omg best place to eat in the Bronx the food was so good I felt like I was in Venezuela eating their food the pulled pork was so good and the yora omg yummy ? and fyi I'm from Queens I travel all the way to the Bronx just to eat there ????????????????????????
