And I always get exactly what I ask for and let’s not talk about the inside of the cake it taste beautiful and not 1 person ever thought other wise customer service is great let’s be honest it’s a busy bakery ! Seeing the negative comments on here it’s crazy !! You guys have always pleased me with my cake orders I loved my son first bday cake

I would honestly rate a 0 if I could. I placed an order online for a 8inch cake. Paid $72.00 which seemed a little crazy but I’m like fine. I go pickup the cake 1. It’s not even ready. I had to wait 30 minutes for the cake to be made. 2. The staff is telling me I was charged too much. I believe I was charged for a 20 in or something like that. They’re literally trying to force me to wait for the 20in cake. That’s too big that’s not what I wanted when my order specifically says 8in cake. Even tho my cake wasn’t ready I didn’t ask for a refund, what I asked was to be refunded the difference of what I was charged and how much the cake actually was. You know they told me they don’t do refunds ?? all they said was next time we recommend ordering in person. If I didn’t have my baby with me I would have cursed everyone out cause what do you mean NEXT TIME??? Yall need to either fix the online ordering or disable it if it doesn’t work correctly. Yall also need to start refunding the difference. I’m ready to call my bank and dispute the WHOLE CHARGE. There was ONE nice young lady that worked there. Idk her name but she’s the only reason I didn’t go off on anybody. Anyways don’t shop here I recommend Valencia bakery! ???

The ordering process was clear and simple, but i wasn’t too pleased with the inside of the cake. I ordered a tres leches cake with fresh strawberries inside. The cake was not moist at all, and there were barely any strawberries inside. The flavor was good but I paid 83 dollars for a 10 inch tres leches with fresh strawberries; and I was just expecting a bit more overall.

The customer service is horrendous one my cake is completely made wrong the cake pops were not done and still raw Two the manager is so rude and apparently she doesn’t have a schedule and comes when she likes so I have been going there with no help now I’m here!!!

Do not go here they are lazy and will mess up your cake!!! These people ruined my daughter's 8th birthday cake. Even after waiting an hour they still managed to make it even worst. Last week they messed up my 13 yr old nephew cup cake by only having the number one ready with out the number 3

Be careful when you pay with EBT, they overcharge you. I bought 4 donuts (2 chocolate and 2 vanilla), 1 piece of carrot bread and 1 bread pudding and the total was $16.

TERRIBLE HYGIENE. I bought a sweet bread, my surprise is that halfway through eating it I noticed a black hair on the back. Then looking closely it had multiple black and white hairs that looked like animals. Cat or dog. Disgust invaded me and I would never return to this Bakery again. It seems that the bread fell on the ground and they picked it up and sold it. We used to buy birthday cakes and snacks, but I never go back to that place. I have the photo but there are no options to add it to this review. I do not recommend Capri Cake since they have lowered the quality of the cakes and the hygiene is terrible or it couldn't be worse. Be careful with that place. Terrible.

DONT BUY HERE!!! Went to this store to buy some slices of cake and a few other things. The 3 leches cake tasted like acrylic nails and it was disgusting. The one thing that I really disliked was a Guava bread and IT HAS MOLD!!! I bought two pieces and ate one whole the 2nd one had the weirdest taste and I looked at it and it was awful. Please avoid buying here.
