We had just come from my uncle burial at Woodlawn cemetery. My cousins and I had not eaten anything, and we were hungry. We google the closest latin restaurant and we found this location. They had food in a buffet style behind the counter. They had different type of soup. All kinds of meats and rices which meant the food will be served quickly. The food was delicious and low in sodium. The only thing that surprised me was that they didn't have red onion in the sauce, which is common for the green banana, no avocado, and no alcoholic beverages. Again, the food is the star.

Don’t eat here ! They don’t even have a grade from the food commission!! Very bad customer service no greeting & treat you differently if you don’t speak Spanish. I wouldnt eat from here food looked like it’s just reheated over & over it isn’t freshly cooked. Customer service was the worst part. No one in resturant no customers
Just a cheap takeout spot.

I recently visited for the 2nd time and unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish, again! The food was shockingly flavorless, with each dish tasting bland and unappetizing, the food tasted old, not fresh at all. I was expecting a lot more, especially given the prices.

But what was even more disappointing was the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly.

Overall, my experience was a disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. With so many other great dining options available, it's hard to see why anyone would choose to return to this restaurant.

Ordered the same pepper steak and white rice as the person before me, got charged the same price, but got half the order. Just a full plate of rice and hardly any pepper steak. The young lady was very generous while the older lady was very cheap. Food was good but not for the price or amount given.

Make sure you read the very back of the menu at this place before placing your oder. Or what you think will be a $70 order turns into a $100, added on prices for food when the menu clearly states its included in your order. Menu states prices are subject to change on the back page. It does not state that what your meal is said to include is ALSO subject to change. The younger female staff was rude, snotty and not well groomed. They also stated no to go menu items to stay yet saw several people order to go and proceed to sit and eat. If you want to be taken advantage of while eating good food. Then eat here.
