Make sure you read the very back of the menu at this place before placing your oder. Or what you think will be a $70 order turns into a $100, added on prices for food when the menu clearly states its included in your order. Menu states prices are subject to change on the back page. It does not state that what your meal is said to include is ALSO subject to change. The younger female staff was rude, snotty and not well groomed. They also stated no to go menu items to stay yet saw several people order to go and proceed to sit and eat. If you want to be taken advantage of while eating good food. Then eat here.

Terrible customer service I’m sorry they tried to be real rude over the phone acting like they don’t speak English then they are false advertising on the flyer it says “ Credit card accepted “ that’s a lie once you call they tell you you have to pay cash your first visit I’m sorry but not acceptable how you tell someone that ! That’s something that should be mentioned also on your delivery flyer then they add extra money on your order and don’t even have a reason gonna tell me because it’s in the back of the flyer.

The place has been on a steady decline. They eliminated the lunch specials which was the only value they had. The regular portions are loaded with rice and like 2 small pieces of meat(very cheap with the meat). The servers attitudes all stink. They don't treat repeat customers well at all. You are way better off going to Brisas as you will get fresher food, better portions or proportioned food and better service.

We are not from this area of the BX, My son and I were both starving - looking for a a Hispanic restaurant, we found this one. Food was delicious! I personally loved the rice and chivo!! The maduros were so delicious ? sweet and soft!! Will go back there to eat whenever I’m around.

Overcharged based on the menu prices for dine in, I was charged $21.99 for the $18.99 for the tropical picaderia & $11.99 for the $8.99 cuban sandwich. When I questioned the overcharge to the waitress she said the prices had increased by $3 but management haven't had the time to change the prices on the menu. Picaderia beef was overcooked. Although service was prompt I undertipped because of the lack of communication with the customer about the prices. 1st time diner. I don't think I'll be returning
