They are money hungry and greedy for money ‘ they forget sauces n stuff in yah bag, then when u go to ask them for it it’s always 3.00 for a lil cup mojito sauce ‘ people work at the hospital and yah get plenty of service so why be racist and money hungry ‘ smh they only treat there people (Spanish people right) and that’s ridiculous ! U work. Next to an whole hospital ! Never again

Food took 40 minutes to make. Extremely dry and small portions. Left hungry and down 20 dollars. Asked for water and charged 1$ for bottled water. Overpriced and bad service.

My wife and i went there on a Saturday ,and i foud their male waiter to be incompetent bofun .even before the waiter took our order 2 ladies sitting near us walked out after they tried to put their order in and spoke to him 2 - 3 times and yes them to death and still repeating their order wrong..i also asked a question and he ll yes me to death. Too not understanding what am asking .and i do speak spanish and English he dint even lnow what was a Hawaiian punch and at the end he took 12 tip out of 55$ so it came out to 65$ without my knowledge and they also charge a fee for using my debit card.this is not even a luxury restaurantnever again will i go there l will Applebee's on kingsbridge rd.

I waited for 15 min to order a take out, when after all this time nobody was approaching me I ve asked kindly: can anyone take my order? She looked at me with a lot of disdain and said can’t you see we are all busy?I figured I should just walk away so that’s what I did. I said thanks and I walked out.

Omg almost walked across the street to another restaurant. They are the slowest workers, better management needed. Had to edit this review now that I got my total which I cannot believe. 21 dollars for a lunch and a soda with a 3 leche. Wow, I should’ve definitely went across the street.

Extremely poor customer service with the exception of about 2 employees I stood on a line b myself and waited for 10 mins only to order behind two other families that came after me. this place is extremely prejudice against African Americans and I stand by that! I spoke with numerous African Americans and they all have the same response/story I do not recommended what so ever
