Horrible service. Staff acted annoyed and unprofessional, completely ruined the experience to the point I couldn’t even eat the food. The owner must be unaware or allowing this behavior, because it’s clearly not being fixed. Won’t be returning.

Horible! I went in since I have eaten in other caridads and for the most part, the food has been good. The food hear was okay. I ordered a lunch special of moro de gandules with pernil and to drink was juice. It wasnt anything special. The portions were smalls. Went to pay, and it came out to 25 dollars, FOR A LUNCH SPECIAL! Even with the drink, I dont think a lunch special would be that expensive. Plus the lady was got upset that I question the price for the lunch special.
The inside of the restaurant is outdate and doesnt look clean at all. The bathrooms are disgusting too. Do not eat here. There are better places with great food and better prices.

I ordered a baked chicken combo for delivery and the woman said over the phone that it would be $32 (this was also egregiously priced for a combo that didn't come with a two liter soda, but I digress). The delivery man shows up and says that the total was $37, which he tells me as he's holding a soggy receipt in his hand (!). I called the restaurant back and the woman confirmed over the phone that the order was $32. I tipped him anyways because times are understandably rough, but it's probably best you spend your money elsewhere, this restaurant will not last another year doing business this way.

La comida es buena, tienen buen Parqueo, pero el servicio de las camareras es pésimo, pero horrible, parece como si no le pagaran, como si uno va fiado, siempre aburrirás, pocos atentas, paran encompichadas como si estuvieran en un patio de RD, y eso que la RD se caracteriza por su gente. We absolute place where you never want to eat. I ordered a combo of whole Chicken, rice, and beans. I mean, who could go wrong with that. Unfortunately, they did. The rice was hard like it was left in the fridge and reserved. The chicken had no flavor whatsoever undercooked And smell like burnt smoke .

When you go in person, they’re rude. When you order on uber eats, they always skimp out on protein. Order a chicharron de pollo? They’ll give you a plate full of rice and beans with 5 small pieces of old, stale chicken. I ordered a side of salami and they charged me $4 for 3 small skinny pieces of salami. CHEAP CHEAP!! Do not order from here.

The store is in a busy location, where hundreds maybe even thousands of people walk past every day. They should step up their efforts in providing good service to their customers, but also good quality food. Their rice is always dry and as someone who has worked with hot cases before, they seem to struggle with keeping theirs up. Their food seems to be overheated and dried out by the time that customers get to ordering it, and it doesn’t seem that they switch out the items as often as they should. Be weary of places like this because you never know what kind of sanitation efforts are practiced, and you do not know if these people make their food safely and cleanly.
The one time where I ordered spaghetti from here (which they rarely have) I found bones in it as well. I have braces and, this was just gross. I relied on the spaghetti to be something that would be safe for my braces and they let me down with the bones. Should I send them my bill for the damage it did to my braces? Y’all gross people for that. Bones don’t belong in spaghetti- idc what kind of bone it is.
