VERY DISAPPOINTED ???I bought my daughter a cake for her birthday and this is what I got. The cake was made with more of chocolate than ice cream. I’ve been buying from this carvel for years and this is what I had received. I spoke to one of the supervisors and did not get a good feedback from her,As I was expressing and explaining along with showing the picture of the cake and how disappointing It was. I thought I would get a better reception from her,As she told me she was one of the supervisors. I hope they understand I would like to buy an ice cream cake and not a chocolate cake. Please be aware of the Ice cream cakes that carvel is selling.
Great ice cream place, easy to get too. Service is nice but everyone loves getting ice-cream late at night so you will have to wait a little.

The ice cream was amazing! It was actually soft serve but tasted like frozen custard. The chocolate crunchies were so delicious and really added to the flavor. The guy who helped us was the owner I think and he was very enthusiastic about the ice cream and very friendly and helpful. The inside of the restaurant was kinda messy and not very nice so that's why I took away a star.

This Carvel has been at this location for 50 plus years. It was here when I lived here in the early 1970's.Ice cream tasted great.
