I’ve had the pleasure of placing numerous orders, both in store and online, and i can confidently say that this is without a doubt the best ice cream in the city! Every visit has been flawless. Ive never once encountered an issue with an order. The staff team is warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. Making each and every visit one of a kind. The ice cream tasted strange but it wasn't the normal flavor, apart from that the service left a lot to be desired and the toppings felt like they had been stored for a long time!

The Carvel is filthy I mentionedit to the workers and they ignored me. I said every time I come ,here it's so dirty why don't you guys clean in front of your business.He said it's not his problem, Rudely .So I refuse to purchase anything. Garbage is so full and bags are overflowing all over the ground ,The business has not followed the container rule.... Therefore rats are running around out front just disgusting. I will travel to Dunkin donuts a few blocks down and purchase Baskin-Robbins before I eat from this filthy location dirty Carvel
