Lovely, responsive when you call to ask questions, was able to order a photo cake and receive in a timely manner, ordered about 3 days before event
The ice cream tasted strange but it wasn't the normal flavor, apart from that the service left a lot to be desired and the toppings felt like they had been stored for a long time!

The Carvel is filthy I mentionedit to the workers and they ignored me. I said every time I come ,here it's so dirty why don't you guys clean in front of your business.He said it's not his problem, Rudely .So I refuse to purchase anything. Garbage is so full and bags are overflowing all over the ground ,The business has not followed the container rule.... Therefore rats are running around out front just disgusting. I will travel to Dunkin donuts a few blocks down and purchase Baskin-Robbins before I eat from this filthy location dirty Carvel

Kid-friendliness: Very great costumer service, my kids feel very welcomed. Easy spoken.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is on ground level, doors are always open, fresh breeze, never had an issue with accessibility.
It's cool and convenient but very mediocre if i may say so myself. Very small as well. Limited selection as well. Enjoy!!

We went to get some ice cream from our favorite place, Carvels. The Indian decent man took our order. I requested a strawberry shortcake dasher. I kindly requested extra shortcake cubes with strawberries. He said an extra $2 charge. I gladly accepted. I noticed that he was not putting strawberry shortcake cubes in my cup. He was only putting crumbs. I told him kindly, sir, I do not want crumbs. I wanted strawberry shortcake full cubes. He got offended, horribly rude, and refused service. He sold my order to someone else at regular price. Why would someone pay extra for crumbs?

I came here looking for a last minute birthday cake for my daughter and I had a very good experience with finding a perfect cake for her birthday ! They showed me different sizes for different prices and told me how many people a cake could feed and I went with the large round at a very good price. The Salvadorian worker asked me if I wanted any cake writing something i would not have expected and had beautiful writing. They even had candles which saved me a trip to the 99 cent store!
