No oatly ice cream here despite it being advertised on Grubhub. The place looks extremely run down and there are flies flying around. Rude staff and no hats or hair nets.
Always a good experience. Can get a bit crowded during the summer season but it’s open year round which is always a plus.

The only worker there gave me the same disgusting napkin she used to wipe the dirty counter and even made eye contact while she did that. She wasn’t kind at all.

The service here is WACK. This is one of the better carvels flavor wise but the store almost always looks closed. There is very rarely staff waiting at the counter. I walked in tonight and it was dead silent. I stood there for two minutes alone and was about to leave when an employee finally came out of the back. I joked saying that it felt like I broke into the place and the employee could not care less. She just continued walking and asked how she could help me, but some attitude was in the room with us . I understand that some days might be off but this has happened so many times and half the time it’s employees dressed in their pajama pants who come out to the counter. I understand the chill environment but it gets uncomfortable and annoying after a while. Sorry.
2/9/24 @ 7:45pm. My daughter went to buy ice cream. She entered to an empty front and no sign of workers. After waiting 3 minutes, she decided to leave because she thought she was in the middle of a robbery in process. As she walked away, a young female worker asked, how can I help (with an attitude). Ice cream is always great but customer service sucks. Please, let’s make team carvel great again.
The store was very clean and neat. And the staff were very friendly :)

The birthday ice cream cake is the best!
Great service. Only gripe is they never have the strawberry crunches for the shortcake shake thing. Nonetheless, always great delicious ice cream.
