This deli was amazing years ago I lived around here for almost 20 years but their prices have gone up ridiculously with their sandwiches 8 dollars for a turkey and cheese on a roll that had barely any meat or cheese

I been going to this store since I was a kid now I’m in my 30s I bought a pastrami and cheese sandwich on a hero this morning sandwich came out to $12.00 they must be crazy I understand prices go up and things change but no way I hear ppl say how expensive they have gotten just pure ridiculous.

Decent breakfast sandwich but could be better if they would just listen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with ketchup and even reminded them. when they were ready to put it together but they still didn't listen.

One of my favorite stores in the neighborhood. Have been buying my cold cuts & sandwiches here for many years. Besides the great quality of the deli they have everything you may need convenient and very friendly workers.

I’ve been coming here for my whole life. Almost 3 decades. It’s sad to see that ever since they renovated they got SOOO STINGY. The bread is always stale, and the prices don’t reflect the quality.I paid $10 for this ham and cheese hero which was 80% lettuce.I always like supporting local businesses but not when they are outright robing their customers. They blamed it on the new employee, but new employee or not that just means they didn’t teach the new employee. Which means they don’t care about their customers.They do have boars head, but I’ve been to other places with boars head who are not this cheap and stingy. If they take this as an attack that just means they don’t plan to improve and do better.I did go back and show them the embarrassment. They ended up adding on more meat but it should have never been served like this to begin with. On top of that they should have remade the sandwich as a whole not just put it on so sloppily.If they are ripping you off don’t let them slide.

The customer service is terrible. They’re rude. Simple as that. I greeted them and said hi- no response. The guy at the counter couldn’t bring himself to look up from his phone when ringing me up. When I asked if they had Apple Pay, he was short. When I said thank you, he just kept staring at his phone and handed me the receipt. I’m born and raised in the Bronx and in the neighborhood, and that’s just not how folks behind the counter are. Oddly enough, he was perfectly friendly to the woman before me. Who knows. Never going back there.
