These folks are very rude, the women at the pastry counter are very rude, they are not pleasant and when you say hi and have a good day day they ignore you. This is why we can`t support our own, they lack customer service. This is not Jamaica

The place was clean and the staff were welcoming. I met the owner Marcus as well. I ordered sweet potato pudding, hominy corn porridge and spicy beef patty. The food tasted great. Will be going there again.

Service & atmosphere are welcoming. Having a register on both sides of the store is confusing especially if you want food and baked goods. Also who sells whiting unfried and with bones? Rasta pasta was on point. “Oreo” cake was rum cake with Oreos on it & like a coconut frosting - not sure if they mixed up ingredients or if that was the intention but I wouldn’t have it again.

Randomly went in for plantin tart , they didn’t have so I ordered 1 callaloo patti and left when I tell you after three bites we had to turn around and get more . Never had a patty so well seasoned!!! It’s fresh and flaky . One of the best patti mi ever eat .

I went there today and bought an unsliced bread. and pastries. They were all great. Both staff there were excellent with great customer service . I use to go to Champion bakery but didn’t go back after they closed down. I have been looking for a bakery to get my hard dough bread. I have now found my spot. I will definitely be going back.

Great ? atmosphere. The patties are unbelievably good. A friend purchased beef patties and gave me 2 of them. I was in heaven. Now I started buying my beef patties from here.

I went there the other day to pick up some patties. While I was there, I saw one of the employees making a derogatory, discriminatory comment towards a patron who was there to buy food with a friend/family member. This patron was LGBT and was treated horribly. When the friend/family member spoke up, advocated and corrected the employee, there was no accountability. The employee thought it was funny.That was just awful and mean. We can all have our opinions, but as a professional place of business that this person was coming to support, they should've been treated with kindness and respect at the very least, period.

I have been coming here for years and I am so disappointed to see that this is how this establishment is run. There was no management on site to ensure professional conduct or accountability.

I do not recommend supporting this business at all! Golden Crust is right down the block and so is Vybz Kitchen. Try those places, you will have a better experience.
