Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

The store manager and manager husband will only hire you if you are family or friends with them. Their daughter Angelina and son Blaylynn and nephew Henry work their. Both of their sisters worked their. They fired one of them. One of them quit because he talked to her like a dog in front of customers and all of the other employees in the store. The only one not a friend they are trying to get rid of. My son put an application in and he refused to hire him because he wasn't family or a family friend even though the store manager kept saying he was next in line to be hired and they hired and fired 5 people until I told them to just forget his application. The whole store would run better with the girl that quit and a whole new staff to work with her.

Over priced, for no reason food doesn't even taste worthy of price charged. Never again will I visit this establishment.

Very poor customer service, never help customer with phone number to get points, chicken wings was red inside. No help when show them the issues. Front counter woman very unhelpful and never polite.

Part of my sandwich was still cold. The server was way to aggressive for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day. .idk . But still no excuse for the lack of professionalism.

Finally tried Charley’s Cheesesteak. Gotta say the Kimchi Cheesesteak wasn’t bad. Skeptical of chain fast food places, but it wasn’t a bad sandwich. A little small for the price for a large. But high prices are raising everything. Would definitely good back again. Not the best cheesesteak, but far from the worst.
