Just ordered takeout from Charlie’s, and I have to say, I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership, but the food quality has dropped significantly. I ordered Charlie’s Chicken Burger and fried chicken—both used to be my favorites.
Previously, the burger came with coleslaw, an egg, and deliciously seasoned chicken. This time, the chicken burger was burnt, tasted awful, and looked like cafeteria food. It was honestly the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had. The fried chicken was also severely burnt and had a terrible taste.
To make things worse, the food was overpriced. The only reason I didn’t return it was that I didn’t see how bad it was until I got home. This experience was extremely disappointing.

I came here on Sunday for brunch with my family it was a soft calm atmosphere with some great vibing music me and my sister had steak and eggs and a chicken Benny it was okay not too much taste on the steak our server dymond made it a great experience with her amazing service and recommendations I will surely be coming back to see the band

Went in to grab a quick bite with the family and spent 40 minutes sitting down waiting to order. The place was not busy and the waitress spent ~10 minutes talking to someone, comes by and asks if we’re ready to order, then walks away with no response as to why while we were mid order. I’ve been going for years to Charlies and this is the first time this service has been this horrendous. Great atmosphere but the service was truly off-putting for my family and I.
Vegetarian options: Only salads, Hummus, and Brussels Sprouts
Dietary restrictions: Limited Vegetarian options. Would love to see more vegan options.
