Waited almost 30 minutes for bland soggy chicken tenders and sweaty fries . Packaging is horrible

Man I ordered some Korean chicken thinking it was about to be fire... guys it was so nasty I can't. There was absolutely no seasoning or anything. I thought perhaps I had Covid because ain't no way I spent $13 on this I'm not even going to mention the fries otherwise I'd have an aneurysm right now. Service was fine i guess

This is the second time I go to mens bathroom and I see an employee from this place coming out toilet and do not wash their hands, I will never buy food from them becareful you don't catch a virus, ill report to state food inspector.

Was there got a grilled chicken wrapped it was horrible the wrap it self was terrible y'all was good in the beginning but now y'all fell off waste of 15 dollars

Yesterday, November 7, 2024, I had a terrible experience. I bought a salad, because I have to tell you that the salad, the lettuce, was full of mud, black dirt. They didn't wash the lettuce and gave me a salad full of black dirt. Disgusting. And the serious thing was that I tried it, thinking it was black beans. Today, November 8, 2024, I woke up with severe stomach pain and since then I have not been able to eat anything because I remember that disgusting salad. 🤮🤮🤢 this was at chicken now in bay plaza.

Their food taste good and for the price and amount of food you get even better BUT lately it seems like they been lazy I came here a few days ago and got undercooked food and thanks to that I’ve been sick for 3 days with the worst pains ever.its good and all but nahhh wont be eating here again after this

My rating on this place is based more on the atmosphere and the fact that this is a place to buy chicken pieces that get dipped, with that being the case , dipping sauce should not be charged extra. Chicken is already pricey.

the corn and potatoes are blandthe price that is advertised is wrong because you get over charge. Also, the fountain sodas are terrible.

We ordered 3 double hamburgers and they were burnt, none of them finished eating them.
