Very sweet and expensive cookies. They were fine but nothing special. The cookies needed salt. I picked a weird flavor. But my friends also got normal flavors and something was off with that too. The staff was friendly. Cookies were warm .

Idk who these new hires are, but they’re the worse. I made an order for pick-up @ approx 6PM all to be told some cookies were out of stock. I decided to choose when I got there because I was over it. How do you close at 9pm but already out of stock around 6pm????? How lazy could you be? Thennnnn when I arrived to get my cookies, not only was I not greeted properly but I happily greeted first, then proceeded to pick a replacement. The employee at the counter reluctantly picked my cookies with an annoyed face, I slowly stopped smiling, only then did she attempt to smile but it was the creepiest tight-lipped forced grin I’ve ever seen in my life (only because she realized I noticed). Another employee came from the back and approached the counter without ever acknowledging me, she just stood there staring at me then blankly at the cookies. The energy was so awkward and strange. I did not feel welcomed. Both employees looked drained and unhappy. The energy inside the store was not upbeat or fun how it used to be. The cookies are good but the energy has become miserable. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my order home at this point. I contacted corporate, but all they’re telling me is that the cookies WERE in stock, so that literally confirms their unprofessionalism at this site. I will not be returning. I am not okay!

I’ve been talking about going to Chip City for a while. I was finally able to go and it did not disappoint! Service was great and fast. When I got home I followed the heating instructions for the cookies and it was so good!
