Lady doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito. Put a very small portion or everything, rushed threw making it didn’t even get to select any sauces on the side. The chips was stale as well
Chipotle is the second best Mexican fast food behind actual Mexican street food so great takes no time for the amount of food you get it’s cheap and employees are nice very fresh food I could write all day about the place 6 stars ?

Idk if they’re under new management, but my bowl was borderline transparent. The worker put three cubes of chicken in my bowl and when I asked for a bit more she threatened to charge double. How is remotely possible to charge double when I didn’t even get single? When I was struggling to eat the deserted bowl, I asked them for a water cup which should be free, but according to them a “water cup” is three american dollars. I will not be coming here again because my bowl was smaller than and newborn’s stomach. P.S. I’m pretty they put snot in the vinaigrette because it is exceedingly thick and slimy.

Refused to give me a cup of water with my bowl on two occasions. Makes no sense for paying customers. I get not giving it to random people off the street, but this is rude for paying customers. Also, asked for extra steak in my bowl which really wasn’t a lot for $5.95 more. The steak bowl alone without adding the extra steak is $12.85 already. Whole meal cost over $20 and that’s with no guacamole either….

I went there today and the person serving me put half a spoon of rice and half a spoon of steak. When I asked for more, she told me that was the serving size and that I had to pay for more. I didn’t buy it because I need more for $14. The only location that gives you a toddler sized portion.

Worst Chipolte ever. They SNEAK IN HIDDEN CHARGES for things like salsa! They tried to charge me $8 for chips with salsa because I asked for ONE extra salsa. RIPOFF! And when you challenge them on that, the MANAGER says Chipotle doesn't need your money anyway. DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Go up the block to any other location!!!!!
