Today I visited this location. The service was very bad. The experience was terrible. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, when my turn came, they didn't have white rice. The employee asked her manager if she could use the rice that was in the delivery line. The manager responded in Spanish: "If we want rice, we have to wait." After we waited, they only had brown rice. We had to wait 10 more minutes. We waited for it. I worked for Chipotle years ago and the service and quality are miserable. What a shame. I wish you would take service and food quality into account more because having so many employees talking and doing nothing, how do they have such a long line waiting for rice?

I live in the area, so if I want Chipotle, this is, unfortunately, my closest option by far. Never again.
The staff is unbelievably rude, if you don’t speak Spanish. I have witnessed multiple employees demeanor change completely between people who speak English, and people who speak Spanish. As an English speaker ( I am bi-lingual, but prefer English) I have been met multiple times with rude states, rolling of the eyes if I have a question or extra request, and complete disrespect.
They always, ALWAYS, seem to not have multiple items, and today was no different. This wouldn’t be a problem, but as I’ve said I live in the area, and they are rarely busy. No rice. No vinegrette. And, which I only found out after the server came back with the smallest dollop on my food ( smaller than a spoon full ) no queso. I would not have had a problem with this, until they tried to charge me for said miniscule amount of queso, and then catch a complete attitude with me when I said I should not be charged for something that is barely there.

Im so disappointed that I didn't get my order,only my daughter ordered,they never have white rice,i don't like to write bad reviews,I worked for Chipotle for few years and i know the feeling but this location is nasty,the crew is disrespectful,i don't even want to come back to this location.THEY HAVE A REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time coming to this location. My daughter’s favorite place to eat is Chipotle. We came in and there was no corn, guacamole, or tomato’s. The rice was not fully cooked, and was as hard as the chips. Also my daughter’s soft shell tortillas were hard and stale. We ended up throwing our food away and leaving. This is the most disgusting location we’ve been to. What a waste of money.
No where in my order did I ask for tomatoes. There is no lettuce I asked for a SALAD BOWL. This isn’t my first mishap here. I asked for a vinaigrette sauce and was told “there isn’t any more vinaigrette sauce.” When I visibly saw one last sauce. How do you get an order wrong when there is a clear image being presented to you. I’m disappointed. Yet they want to raise the prices for Chipotle. 👎🏾

The people that work there have nasty attitudes and very rude. They act like they can’t hear what you ask them for. One of the guy workers offered me chips and I asked how much is it he said it’s free so I said sure and he ended up charging it on my card. These people are very slick and rude. All the women very rude.
I went for delivery there and ask for the order. One of the cashier (A Dominican guy with little beard) he acted like Animal with me. He was looking around and talking unnecessary topic with anotherstore

First of all when I walked into the restaurant at least more than half of the tables were filthy then to make matters worse I asked for hot sauce on the side, all the other sides in the bag and intentionally forgot the sauce and I asked for third time and they still didn’t give it to me. But truthfully topped it off was the fact that they claimed to have run out of vinaigrette and said that their blender was broken. I am a former Chipotle worker, and I can guarantee you that there is another blender available. They were refusing to make it.

NEVER HAVE I EVER Thought that Chipotle would taste disgusting. Who in their right mind orders a veggie bowl to go! Not me! After having a terrible day starting off with a drastic eye infection, I was looking forward to having my favorite meal from chipotle. Sadly today wasn’t my day. To begin, the server was going to prepare a Burrito when I asked for a bowl. When I did repeat myself, he got upset and dismissive. At best the server stared at his hands and the food, making little to no eye contact. I will not request a refund. What I do ask is for the staff to pay more attention to the customers request because with the little that employees know, they can make or break someone’s day. I will give y’all some grace since this is my first incident at Chipotle EVER!! If this is to happen again, I will boycott Chipotle and will no longer extol the name that is Chipotle.

George and Stephanie were terrible! I was treated rudely and charged extra for the sides I got. George had an unpleasant attitude because I requested to be served Guacamole that’s not grey to which he proceeded on schooling me about how heat can change the color of avocados. He did not embody the values of Chipotle. I wish I would’ve have gotten the line girls name she was the sweetest and she took her time to fully assist me with my order. Chipotle needs more people like her and less people like George and Stephanie.

Rude employees. Do better.
They overcharged me and then the guy manager had an attitude when I asked for a refund and he’s like oh it’s only three dollars didn’t want to give me a refund. They kept asking me if I wanted something else when I specified I wanted a refund trying to get me to change my answer. It felt like harassment. Also they had an attitude when I asked for vinaigrette. The customer service here is terrible. Everyone that works here has a nasty attitude, including the managers
If they did their job correctly, the first time they wouldn’t have to give me a refund, trying to downplay the fact that you overcharged me. It doesn’t matter the amount just do your job and give me a refund. They were all giving me dirty. Looks because of the fact, I asked for a refund. The staff here clearly needs to be retrained or all fired. They act like the vinaigrette comes out out of their paycheck
