I specifically asked for a bag with handle to carry my order because it was raining outside and was rudely refused the accommodation. The cashier and the food server were both rude and presented a very nasty attitude.The bag I was given eventually broke due to rain while I was walking home and all the food fell out.

They walk around like they never want to attend anyone waiting for food! Food is great always ! Yesterday may 15 2023 my husband bought dinner from there and if I can say it was so disgusting tasteless. My meat considered up just fat , the rice was mushing tomatoes Had no flavor. Overall horrible disgusting.?

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the Bronx. Order online and your order will be incorrect, go in person and the same thing can happen. We order a veggie bowl and steak bowl went home and there was two veggie bowls which was still missing some ingredients. If you go there please watch as your order is being made and make sure it’s your order before leaving. They don’t even mark it with a marker like V for veggie C for chicken etc. But it is clean
