The Rice was under cooked the barbacoa had no type of flavor just the spice hot the beans no flavor at all I mean come on I could not even finish eating it I'm coming in there hungry expecting something well worth the trip and the money for the little bit that they serve come on chipotle get it together!!

Store staff are beyond slow and constantly glued to their phones, especially the one at the register. I specifically ordered chips, paid for them, and when I get home, they're missing. I'm incredibly pissed off. I've never been in a Chipotle where staff blatantly use their phones in plain sight. Ignore customer because sure the phone convo is more important

This location is awful. The staff is rude, condescending, and dismissive. Their extra add on pricing at the register is unethical. UNLESS you speak Spanish they treat you as of your bothering them. I should have read the room. The page was practically empty when I walked in. I just thought I was lucky bcz I hate to wait on long lines..NOPE! The place was empty bcz it sucks. Zero customer service. I LEARNED my lesson

It’s 9pm and I walk into Chipotle with my family knowing that they close at 11pm. When we get in they already don’t have Vinaigrette sauce and refuse to make it. Even though I know it takes less than 15 mins to prep and make the sauce being that I was once an Apprentice at Chipotle in my precious life. I’m looking at their line and see that they barely have any chicken and steak on the line and I noticed the grill was spotless as if they were not cooking anymore. When we get to the young lady on the line. I inquired if there was more chicken coming out and she informed me 10 mins. I let my family order who did not want chicken while I decided to wait since I had to orders that required chicken. I noticed time go by and the grill guy is sitting in front of everyone on his phone with gloves on which I know for a fact is against policy and rules. I then asked what looked like a kitchen Manager and she tried to inform me that they only chicken that was left was what was on the line which was barely one portion. A customer behind me then asked about whether or not they were making and more chicken because she has a family. The team went to go grab what looked like the service manager so she can make the decision. Meanwhile it’s 9:20pm. Then I ask “Don’t you all close at 11pm and that’s all the chicken that’s left?” They then started speaking Spanish without answering me or the customer behind me which was rude asf, but why would I let them take me out of character. Ultimately they’re lazy and their customer services sucks. Be mindful
of the bad body built brown skin dude working the grill. And don’t expect great customer service because they obviously do know what it is. And while we waited all he did was blast his music from his personal speaker, yell the music and dance like it was all a joke that he had paying customers waiting for food. Now that I’m writing this it’s 9:43pm and we now have 6 others waiting for chicken Lmfaoo.

My father wanted to treat us to some food. Because he is a very shy man and does not like to speak much and i was unable to go for him. I wrote down clearly the two orders he was picking up. Burrito -Steak, brown rice, black beans , lettuce, tomatoes sour cream, 2 burrito bowls light brown rice, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, corn veggies, sour cream and guacamole on the side. Apparently the woman working that day took it as rude when my dad showed her the paper and decide she was going to put what she wanted into the order. The burrito barely had any meat in it and no lettuce. The burrito bowls instead of having light brown rice had extra rice and no lettuce and no veggies and barely any steak. THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH SOMEONE WHO WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERY MAN AND MESS UP AND ORDER THAT WAS WRITTEN DOWN FOR YOU. She was rude and nasty. IF there was an option for no star that is what i would put . Expect to get your order wrong when you come here!!!

During the day the girls are on point but I get out on my late days and they start closing the store at 10… chairs up mopping & limited options from the menu. Other than that decent location

Of the many Chipotle locations I have visited, this location is decent. This location was a bit untidy with garbage on the floor. Was this location presentable to a paying customer? Not really.
I feel the food at Chipotle, as a recognized chain, is pretty self explanatory. The food at this location was definitely enjoyable. The steak bowl was flavorful and you could really taste the fresh ingredients.
Sadly I believe the staff at this location could improve their service to make someone feel welcomed. I had ordered pick up from their app and I even showed up five minutes after the app informed me my food was ready so that I didn’t have to wait. I entered the location and proceeded to the counter. There was a staff member on the line helping someone with their order. Unacknowledged, I was waiting for about 2 minutes staring at the Chipotle bags and I noticed a staff member going back and forth. When I was about to ask him if the bag I thought was mine was indeed mine, he pointed to his coworker who was working on the line and walked back to the rear of the store. I received my order after another few minutes.

I had a issue with door dash about my order from Chipotle so I walked to the restaurant and spoke with the manager and explained the issue and showed her my order on my phone and she was nice and had another woman remake my order and told me the meat I wanted needed 3 more minutes to cook so I waited but door dash customer service is getting a 1 star while this restaurant is getting a 4… by the way Chipotle managers if you read this stop being cheap with the meat and charging the same for less, and than adding extra meat is almost half of the price of a bowl come on!

The only good thing about this chipotle is the service of the cashiers and only some of them. The food is always undercooked, rice is hard, chicken and guac very salty as well. The also never have any juice! This is ridiculous. They need to keep up with the supply and making sure the food is prepped and cooked well. Do better

This chipotle is just straight up dirty!!! Walked in food all on the counter, on the floor, 6 staff members their noone bothered to sweep the front or take the trash out the kitchen is a mess sour cream lettuce cheese on the counters they are just nasty and lazy!!!
