I came here for the first time to get some food and I ordered smoked brisket. I was excited to eat my food on the way home and once I got home, I opened it couple of bites and noticed a very long piece of black hair in my food and along with that, I noticed that I have Quite a bit of burnt pieces of brisket in my food good proportions, but their food is not good.

This place has the worst customer service, how do you stop making chicken before 8pm and you close at 10pm. They were more concerned about leaving.

I never care about portions with Chipotle but this location is always egregious with protein portions. Order double meat and barely find any meat in my bowls. Six visits and each time I’m impressed with how little meat I’ll get for a double meat order. I always do pick up so just a warning.

This location in specific the cashier is rude, and she looks like she doesn’t want to be there, I went there last week and the cashier was Raisa base on my receipt, they should get her out of there honestly, she is the true example of not team work, not waiting to work at all, the line was full on people, the girl doing the line was so busy and instead of helping her she was just standing there looking, the manager came in an help and it was nice to see that but people like that they hurt the business, and the atmosphere, you guys will loose people that likes to work for those other people.
Portions are extremely little and some times guacamole can be a little spicer. The dining area is frequently dirty

I have been here three times. Every time I come the exact same thing happens. The staff is so friendly and gives the customers ahead of me a good portion of the food items they requested. Then it’s my turn. No smile or a hello. They give me smaller portions of every item I tell them to add. Why because I am black and the customers ahead of me are always Hispanic. If you don’t believe me watch how they give larger portions to the hispanics compared to the black people. They all need diversity training.

heavy set woman who works the night shift is very rude to the customers and delivery people. I watched her snatch a bag out the delivery persons hand grab the sauces out throw it in another bag all because she was asked if she could give them a separate bag so that the sauce wouldnt spill on the food.She also screamed at other delivery people because the drivers were telling her she gave them the wrong food bag.i don't recommend this place

Seriously what’s with the portion size ? I go to the gym be wanting a protein fix yet the protein size is smaller than a kids meal with the prize of a grown person definitely gonna stick to the Mexican truck in front of the gym is sad how low chipotle has gotten keep ya protein portions and shutdown cause their are better options out there

I decided to write a little review of this Chipotle. I asked the cashier to provide me with the bathroom code. And he told me that I have to buy something, since my child was out of the bathroom. He behaved very badly... and he told me that not all Chipotles give the code to the costumers... I understand but it depends on the people... like for example those on the street.??? I didn't like her attitude...she is a person who doesn't have a good attitude with people...I would like you to talk to her...next time I go to that place I hope I don't encounter this again... .. still at the end I thanked him and he didn't even answer me... I told him what his name was and he didn't want to give me his name... but I hope he would be kinder...
