This is a classic chipotle. I give it 5 stars because you get exactly what you expect. No idea why anyone would give it less than 3 stars unless they got a bad takeout/delivery order

Don't order from this location for your lunch breaks. While the proportions are fine, order from the mobile app at this location has been the most miserable experience. Constantly understaffed, no one man's the mobile delivery area, and so you politely interrupt the cashier to ask to get your order. They will then tell you, "Just one moment, I'll be with you". Over the next 25 minutes, you'll have to interrupt them 4 more times. They will then begrudgingly walk over and hand you your order that has been sitting cold for half of your lunch break already. The service in this place is actual bullshit. Do better.

There were little hairs in my food. The servers were very dismissive. They were speaking in Spanish and giving me weird looks. They also tried to overcharge me for guacamole which I found also had hairs too. It’s just not a good experience at all it’s disgusting. They need to wear hairnets or something. The food also was not enjoyable it was soggy and seemed old. Their team needs to do better. They were just angry and seemed very lazy. There was a tall lady that was just rude.

I ordered two chicken bowls. $23 no fork just one napkin. Are the utensils extra? Or do I buy it @ other restaurant? Surely it's going to be cold when I get a fork/spoon. Customer service is no good. I wouldn't go back. If your not accommodating. It wasn't anything free!

Beautiful new location, nice staff, but the food is way too salty!
I have been a customer for years and always order a veggie bowl which comes with a FREE SIDE ORDER of guacamole. First they try to charge me and when I explain it comes with it the MANAGER says its only free if you get it in the bowl and you have to pay for it on the side. Chipotle please train your workers on the correct information when it comes to something as simple as this PLEASE.

Tried to charge me extra for white rice. Then they serve you half a spoon of guac. They tried to argue that they are supposed to hit the spoon three times so all the food falls off. I’ve worked in Chipotle for 3 years and been to several locations and this was never a rule. Just cheap and stingy. Will not be back and I do not recommend that anyone eat here.

557 grand concourse, 149 st. I’ve been coming here for months. Seems like they hired a new Hispanic lady who does not seem to like black or African people. Sadly this is unacceptable and so y’all deserve this review because as a paying customer, I should not be lied to. Counter was dirty. Person making my burrito put dirty rice from the counter into my burrito. Staff was very rude speaking about customers in Spanish. Customers almost started fighting because of their lack of service.
