The food is ok. But the place is not managed well. I came four times after 3:00pm to buy food. Again , I spend about $25.00 bucks on my food and wanted to eat it sitting down. There was no seats at all , just a bunch of young children inside sitting down hanging out with no food infront of them. I spent $25 bucks to dine in and I had to eat outside sitting on the sidewalk crub!!! Why isn't customers having a seat a priority?

I’ve walked here last night for a basic bowl, I’ve noticed the employee put too much sour cream on the plate ( on my request) but the employee poured way too much sour cream on the food and it wasn’t eatable. That’s okay until the manager came to talk me.
The Hispanic women manager was very very hostile about the plate, her employee over poured too much sour cream on her end. I told the manager the food isn’t eatable and I requested for a new burrito bowl to be made but she argued and tried to force me to buy two bowls ( because her employee over poured on the sour cream and it wasn’t eatable) I asked her nicely to see if she can make another bowl but her attitude was very very nasty and refused to make me another one unless I paid for the first bowl ( her employee messed the first bowl). This happened before I paid luckily, the manager kept telling me she’s losing a plate ( she do not own chipotle or the resources, I’m not sure how’s she’s losing when her staff messed up the bowl)
Don’t come here. Staff is super rude and don’t care for the people.

Lady working the register casually skipped me, which I did not want to make a big deal of. Waited patiently. Once she got back to me, I asked for a veggie burrito with white rice and black beans. I got brown & pinto. She struggled to wrap it, making a mess and turning it into a muffin rather than burrito... and all I added was guac and salsa. They were out of chips. Soda machine was down.

There is ABSOLUTELY no way you're paying almost $12 for a chicken bowl and ole boy behind the counter barely even gives a full spoon of chicken!!! It's like they make you ask for extra because they barely give you any and then charge $4 for another half scoop!!! For the birds but what should I have expect in the Bronx smdh!!! If I spoke Spanish it might have look different!!! I definitely should've read the reviews first!!! DO BETTER!!! $36.15 FOR TWO CHICKEN BOWLS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! AND THAT'S BECAUSE I HAD TO ADD CHICKEN TO BOTH BOWLS TO REALLY HAVE ANY CHICKEN ON THEM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!
