This chipotle has the potential to have lines around the corner and they FAIL every single time! Between the bad service, bad portion control and food that lacks everything chipotle stands for I don't know whats worse. True disappointment to what we thought this community was going to get. Dirty seating areas and just lack of care for anything. I would rather travel 30 mins to the next location

This is a sad example of what the franchise represents the tables are always dirty homeless people come in to the store and used the soda machine the service when serving food you have to ask yourself if you can’t keep your tables clean on the outside I can only imagine how clean everything is kept on the back end of the business

The server was very rude when I asked if she had more meat selection she stated no with a attitude n said it’s gonna take too long to cook yet it was only 8:47pm n this location closes at 11pm she said this is what we have the food was all over the counter messy the area around the food station was a mess

I’ve never had a bad experience in chipotle until I came to this one. The really rude employee on the line, when I asked her to put cheese she only put alittle bit, and I asked her can you please put more cheese, SHE LITERALLY PUT A PINCH. And then I told her that she only put a pinch of cheese she said if I want more it’s gonna be extra. IVE NEVER HAD TO ASK AND MUCH LESS PAY FOR EXTRA CHEESE in chipotle and I’ve been eating chipotle for 10+ years. I wish I would’ve recorded. They charged me 1.75 for extra cheese. Absolutely ridiculous, this chipotle will never see me again.

It's usually busy every time I pass but I caught them on a good night! This might be the best Chipotle I've had in NYC! Flavors are on point, fresh, with healthy scoops! They seem to be understaffed but I appreciate them nonetheless!
