I went into this location during my lunch to order some food. This worker was absolutely disrespectful!!!!! She refused to make my order because she was “busy” and when I asked to speak with management she refused. She mocked me, made racial slurs and remarks in Spanish thinking I couldnt understand her!!!! Never go to this location unless you want to be treated like trash

I really want ya to get ya stuff together please. I went in when ya first opened and it was awful. Went again today and it was OK. The rice has too much lemon, the steak is cut up too big!! Not too mention they burning the steak. Pic attached. The guac has big chunks of avocado. It’s like y’all employees are just lazy doing everything halfway. 😖 please get it together. The one in Tremont is too far.

Your online service sucks because you can’t add the salad dressing to your order and when you call the store directly you can’t speak to anyone but the automated system. People have issues with their orders all the time and may need assistance with their order. You should allow people to be able to call the store directly. Or update your options

They didn’t let us use the bathroom at 9pm because they had “cleaned it” even thought we were paying customers and they close at 11pm.
Went it to pick up a paid for order and to use the bathroom.But I didn’t get a receipt with so I asked a worker to let me in they assured me it was occupied, I waited 5 mins until they then gave me a code to try.

They were so rude. I am eight months pregnant with a toddler. They refused to let me use the bathroom. This after I bought food. They need a 100% revamp of employees and managers and someone to do a deep clean. People still need to be nice even if you’re in the hood

**BEWARE** This chipotle gives out counterfeit money. I will be filing a complaint with law enforcement to further investigate. I was with my daughter and had a hand full of bags so I just took my change without checking it. That is no excuse. You can’t tell me you handle money all day and don’t notice fake money. I went to spend the money and right away the guy told me it was fake I was so embarrassed.
