Your online service sucks because you can’t add the salad dressing to your order and when you call the store directly you can’t speak to anyone but the automated system. People have issues with their orders all the time and may need assistance with their order. You should allow people to be able to call the store directly. Or update your options

Went it to pick up a paid for order and to use the bathroom.But I didn’t get a receipt with so I asked a worker to let me in they assured me it was occupied, I waited 5 mins until they then gave me a code to try.

They were so rude. I am eight months pregnant with a toddler. They refused to let me use the bathroom. This after I bought food. They need a 100% revamp of employees and managers and someone to do a deep clean. People still need to be nice even if you’re in the hood

**BEWARE** This chipotle gives out counterfeit money. I will be filing a complaint with law enforcement to further investigate. I was with my daughter and had a hand full of bags so I just took my change without checking it. That is no excuse. You can’t tell me you handle money all day and don’t notice fake money. I went to spend the money and right away the guy told me it was fake I was so embarrassed.

The employees here have nasty attitudes and move extremely slow. The business isn’t even that busy, they’re just a lazy, dirty and rude team. The store itself doesn’t get cleaned, and you’ll be made to wait to pay for your order while the team all avoids ringing you up for some reason. Quite literally the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

They’re so slow!! Portions are mediocre and this was probably the worst chicken I’ve ever had, not tasty at all.
I ordered food here through doordash and the rice arrived expired, we went to go take it back to the store , talked to the manager and he didn't do anything he just laughed like something is funny and then ignored me .He needs to get fired .Somebody else came to help me but he was disrespectful .

The place is always has dirty tables The customers service is soo bad. It’s nonexistent I just watched a worker get into a shouting match with a teenager because she made his order wrong and he tried to correct her and since she didn’t listen he told another employee and she shouted omg really then very aggressively slapped lettuce and salsa on his food and then yelled at him because she was wrong
Also even if you tell them don’t put a lid on my food I’m staying to eat they will still close your food. My friend was paying for my food as well told the cashier this and was told to wait twice then she tried to charge her separately for both meals.
This place needs ALOT of work especially on their customer service
