Honestly I don’t see this location lasting, the prices are significantly inflated(at least x2.5 what u could get for less) compared to everything else in the area. The food was cold and you will still get charged full price for shakes of food for barely anything when they run low on food. Don’t come here for food, go literally anywhere else in the area and you will get better quality, more food, and warm meals for far less. But be nice to the workers, they probably get paid minimum wage as it is.

I’m glad to have a chipotle in the neighborhood. This stop was empty for a long time.The staff is VERY new and it shows. The well oiled machine is not here yet. Despite having a full sized team, everything is behind. The floor is dirty, the tubs of food are almost empty and cold. The portions given are small and inconsistent even when not crowded.Hopefully they can bring in some senior employees to help them get off the ground. The staff is nice enough, but their inexperience in a busy location will be the death of this store without some experience.

I consider Chipotle as a fast food restaurant but this one quite doesnt live up to that expectations. Lots of employees but doesnt seem to efficient as service was very slow. Reading some of the other reviews, I'm just happy to say I didnt find hair in my food, but I dont think I will be going back to be honest. Wish it were a Moe's instead.
Food had a hair in it and when I complained and asked for a refund I was given a nasty face and attitude. I’m never going back. Terrible customer service and rude employees

The interior is nice. I asked for sour cream they said they didn't have anymore. I went to go pay and they said their card machine isn't working. Went to bank and got cash. After I came from the bank there I see a new chub of sour cream that they "didn't have". Then they said they don't have singles. At that point I knew they were either screwing with me or cause ain't no way they this unprepared especially during lunch time ?

The burrito I purchased from here had no flavor- the rice tasted like watery mush, the meat was not seasoned and there was very little of it, and everything else in the burrito was muddled mush as well. The burrito was also poorly wrapped despite me paying for it to be double wrapped.

They had no hair nets , their was hair in my food and I ordered at 3pm and they told us customers that their was no more rice just because they did not want to make it at the moment.
