Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location gave me food poisoning.

The person who builds bowls abandons station to pre-close bathrooms, then comes back and serves food without handwashing. All while the other employees stare from the kitchen watching as the line grows, including the manager.

This location is run by a bunch of kids who obviously couldn't care less about food safety or customer service. Please save yourself the time, money, trouble, and a case of food poisoning.

Also, please don't close the bathrooms with customers still present in the dining area; especially if you are going to give them food poisoning.

The cashier told me her name was Mary, but the receipt said Gloria, so I’m not sure who she was either way, she needs to check her attitude. The mumbling under her breath was unprofessional. And honestly, the company itself is slipping. The portion control is getting ridiculous. A bowl is almost $20 and the portions keep getting smaller. They’re going broke and taking it out on the customers.

I am very displeased with the customer service at this location. The workers are nice except this one girl. As I was on line the girl that was serving my food told me that it was her first time working on the line and she was confused about how to wrap the quesadilla. She asked the girl that check people out the black girl with glasses, she always has a nasty attitude. The new girl asked her for help and she gave her an attitude in front of the customers and the new girl started crying, I felt so bad for her cause that’s not how you talk to someone. Every time I go there that same girl always sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes while she’s checking me out. I just feel like if you’re miserable at your job you can leave.

Terrible customer service at this location. The employees have a bad attitude and one of them was even screaming at me, which was completely unprofessional. When ordering for pickup, they just let the food sit there for the longest time instead of packing it and handing it to the customer. I had to wait around for no reason while my order was getting cold. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.

It's ridiculous the girl in there BARELY put a spoon of anything in the bowls even when I asked for double everything!

My food arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The chicken salad with extra chicken was seasoned perfectly and didn't feel heavy at all—it was the perfect light meal. Since I had my order delivered, I can't speak to the restaurant's atmosphere, but the food itself was fantastic.

Waiting time is extremely long. Every time it is only 1 person making the bowls and for some reason they need 2 people helping each other at the checkout.

They let you stand on line while they don’t take your order. The music is blasting. Don’t come when they open the food is not ever ready to serve.

Seems like someone purposely put something spicy in everything. I ordered a quesadilla with a side of corn, vinaigrette and sour cream. The Quesadilla was spicy and so was the corn. On top of that the sour cream was very runny. I also ordered a burrito for a friend of mine and it was spicy as well. On top of it all found a small piece of hair in my sour cream . They need to do better.

These people hate their job in this location there’s one guy who’s nice other then that everyone has an attitude you ask for something simple like to put a item on the side and they react like your the biggest bother of their life then spite you by serving you less😂👎
