I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experiences at this location. On two separate occasions, I visited your location to purchase a burrito for takeout. Unfortunately, after consuming the burrito on both visits, I experienced illness.
Prior to my second visit, I was uncertain if my initial sickness was directly related to your food. However, given the recurrence of illness following my second purchase, I am now convinced that there may be an issue with the food preparation or handling at this particular location. I have visited other locations of your establishment and ordered the same menu item without any adverse effects.
Furthermore, which raises concerns about the overall quality and safety food standards. I won’t be returning to this location. I felt it was important for me to share my experience here hoping you will take this matter seriously and improve.

Unwelcoming staff with teenager attitudes. The bowl portions are abysmal and don’t get me started with the quality of the food. By far the worst location in the Bronx. 0 Stars! 👎🏽

For the young man on the grill earlier today do better.! If you don't want to serve then stay on the grill. He was absolutely miserable and completely messed up my order and smiled at me knowing he did. I work in customer service, I am always polite and respectful to those in the same field. I'm sorry your unhappy with your life but, don't take it out on strangers.

I got FOOD POISONING TODAY avoid this place at all costs. I am currently dying in the ER. If I could give this place a -0 star I would. Be warned I had the new chipotle honey chicken it was definitely under cooked

The worst chipotle ever, the workers there had such a nasty attitude. The worker liked a guy and gave him extra chicken and he was not charged at all. Meanwhile i got charged double for extra chicken. Bunch of racist people working there, they look at you like your bothering them… i would not recommend wasting money at this location.
