Quick and fast pickup orders and the staff is really cool, Leidy who I believe is a manager is also really nice every time I go there

Extremely disappointed. When they ran out of honey chicken, my boyfriend asked for extra and was given stale scraps from the pan—even though a fresh batch was coming. Staff ignored requests (even in Spanish) and didn’t care. Poor service

The place was not very clean and the servers were inattentive, i asked for certain things in my bowl and it was not given to me.

First of idk why this place had a young attending customer when she cant even speak or understand English. Second she speaks to the grill guy and pays more attention to him the the customers. Third of all she counts all the pieces of protein she giving. Highly don’t recommend this place and please hire more people who are professional. Mind you the condiments aren’t even filled. Where is someone supposed to but tobasco sauce on the go .

Discusting place. I walked in with my friends and families total people we were going to eat 37 of us and walked right out

I don't see why it doesn't have 4 stars minimum. Maybe those people just didn't like the food chipotle offers.

I come here about two times a week every week. I order the same exact thing coming out to over $20 a bowl. I always ask for a water cup I never have an issue. Today ”Julian” said that chipotle has discontinued their water cups. In the past he has told me that they do not have any more water cups. I do not know why he thinks that he can pick and choose who gets a water cup. This is very annoying because we are allowed to get water at no charge. Just because people get soda etc doesn’t mean everyone does that and the staff cannot dictate who does or doesn’t get the cup. Let the company decide what to do about people abusing the soda fountain not you Julian. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Watch your receipts carefully because I wouldn’t put it past him to overcharge you. Will definitely reach out to store manager to complain about his behavior. When asked for his manager he lied about name and not being there and then he continued to say that the water cups will be discontinued lol. Absolutely mind blowing encounter. As if he makes commission on each water cup he saves lol.

Attitude much ? And I understand it’s late but yall need to still have customer service skills there should be no reason yall cursing up a storm in front of guest and I work in fast foods thank god I don’t work at bay plaza bcuz I would’ve reported yall immediately no customer service skills, the laughing the cursing gotta go cracking jokes but don’t know how to wrap and then my sour cream smelt like throw up when I got home .

The manager was so disrespectful, her name is leidy she gave me small portions and when i asked for 2 sour creams on the side, it wasnt filled at all, i don’t recommend you going here at all

Great staff and
pickup is always fresh

I got it late one night after work and I got my regular bowl (cheese, chicken, white rice, no beans). The only problem I had with it was that the rice. It had a terrible after taste. Like it was wet or could also be compared to dog breath. My siblings also had bowls. One agreed with me while the other said it was salty.

Good food. Not tye best spot to dine in though. Always kinda crowded
