The lady who fixed my burrito was amazing she was friendly and always remember my order. Which is always a vegan burrito. But tipsy they get one star. Simply because the cashier who is in the picture below... HE REHIRED TO GOOD ME A BAG WITH A HANDLE... HE SAID THEY DON'T HAND ANY !!@@@@ OMG. and fought after that the guy who was in back of me came out the store as I was getting in my car.. wroth a bag WITH zA HANDLE..!!!@@

Chipotle? More like Waste Your Money — someone needs to drop that track.
They said they had cups for everyone, but when we asked for water cups, they “ran out.” Our order was wrong, the barbacoa was salty enough to dehydrate you, and even the chips were drowning in salt. No hand sanitizer anywhere in sight, and the staff couldn’t care less. Bad food, worse service, zero care for hygiene. Hard pass.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but today’s experience at Chipotle was unbelievably bad. First, the bowl portion was a joke — barely a scoop of rice, hardly any meat, and the toppings looked like they were rationing for a famine. I’ve had kids’ meals bigger than this. When I politely asked if they could add a little more, the server rolled their eyes and snapped at me as if I was being unreasonable. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

To make things worse, I asked for a water cup and was told they were “out,” with zero apology or alternative offered. Really? Out of cups? At a national chain? In the middle of summer?

Between the tiny portions, the rude service, and the lack of basic hospitality, this visit was a complete letdown. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear the standards have dropped off a cliff. I won’t be coming back to this location—and maybe not to Chipotle at all.

Extremely disappointed. When they ran out of honey chicken, my boyfriend asked for extra and was given stale scraps from the pan—even though a fresh batch was coming. Staff ignored requests (even in Spanish) and didn’t care. Poor service

First of idk why this place had a young attending customer when she cant even speak or understand English. Second she speaks to the grill guy and pays more attention to him the the customers. Third of all she counts all the pieces of protein she giving. Highly don’t recommend this place and please hire more people who are professional. Mind you the condiments aren’t even filled. Where is someone supposed to but tobasco sauce on the go .
