Went to order the brisket at 7:30pm .was told I can't have because the cooks were going home. Mind you the place close at 10:00 . Very annoying. Lost a customer

Every time I order the rice is hard everyyyy time so I stopped asking for rice. Beans and veggies salty and don’t you dare ask for a sample (attitude) guess the sample comes out their checks idk but funny soon as they gave me the one cube of brisket the worker scooped herself up a whole cup and walked to the back

Worst chipotle ever. I came in apparently they don't make qugsaodillas anymore and no matter how much I ask they said that they can't make any qugsaodillas like since whennnnn very rude

Take this as a lesson- you can have a great business model but if you hire the wrong people it don’t work ⚠️ this has to be the only chipotle in NY STATE-that has has such a bad reputation and environment. I ate here before and it’s 4/10 for the quality.

They staff was unprofessional and there no food what’s so ever and it closes at 10. It’s not fair as a first time customer I’m treated with no respect and no manager to run things

Someone passed out while eating today and the Manager and Co- workers just stood behind the counter and laughed complete stranger had to call EMS.Basically said that there not use to situations like this.

This location ALWAYS always always will have something missing. NO RICE??? the base of the bowl??? “Sorry, only chicken today”. OUT OF THE 6 protein options??? It’s very disappointing to go all the way there & not being able to purchase anything. The staff is just okay.

I recently ordered food from Chipotle on a Friday night and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I went to pick up my order and was told that it had been canceled because it was after 9pm, even though the store closes at 10pm. Despite clearly seeing that there was food available, I was told that there was none. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Chipotle. Not only was my order canceled for no valid reason, but I was also told that there was no food available when there clearly was. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive a refund for my order. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

This chipotle always run out of food. They lie to the customers and tell them they don’t have anymore courtesy cups when I clearly saw them give cups to other customers. The manager Brian lied to my face and told me they don’t have anymore courtesy cups. He’s a short Hispanic guy late 20s early 30s

This the worst chipotle there is in the Bronx , some how I get the same meal in my lunch break & some how the price changes 1 or 2$ more , they do not follow any of the chipotle rules that are required very very nasty attitude from all the female workers that work night shift . Over suck and I will not be going back to that location
