Just went here for my lunch break and wanted to try them again. Last time they gave small portions. This time the young lady that gave the small portions was at the end. I ordered the steak bowl and the steak is very salty vs seasoned. I am not sure I will go back to this location.

The more times you go... the worse it gets. Incredibly small portions of the team have one attitude and look on their faces when you ask for more. It is sad to see this company going down the drain; it is no wonder they are losing so much money.

Upon entering I respectfully greeted the female worker and requested a burrito bowl. She looked upset and when I asked for extra chicken she maybe added a three pieces of tiny chicken and hardly any rice. I told her forget it and walked out. Management, please stop charging almost 20 for a plate for very small portions. It’s insulting. Also send your staff home if they don’t want to work and lack the professional skills to put their emotions aside to deliver decent customer service.

Honestly, the employees here do not care about customer service. They also do not care about how they wrap your burrito. I ordered a burrito and stepped away to pay but was still watching the lady wrap my burrito which was a MESS & she was watching to see if I noticed. As soon as I turned away she wrapped it up. I hoped she fixed it but as I assumed it was HALF OPEN when I got it. They need to be retrained or please inform them that it's okay to use TWO tortillas if this happens! Not be SNEAKY about it!

I ordered a pick up order with Uber eats. The salad was quite generous, but the cheese was a bit missing. They helped me complete the order very quickly. The door opened at 10:45 and I got it around 10:55.

Everytime i go order from here they usually fill up my bowl and don’t charge me as much, But yesterday i told my brother to go instead and they gave me literally half of what they usually give me . they charged me for full steak when i got half steak . Everytime when i let one of my family members order they give them less portion then what there supposed to give. On Ramadan i was hungry as hell and haven’t eaten anything since yk fasting, so i told my brother to go get my chipotle and istg they gave me the smallest amount of everything, I usually don’t finish my chipotle bowls but that time i finished it and was still hungry after that. Crazy to think that the rumors are true about the portions?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️.
