I got two bowls, but while ordering the female worker was yelling back and forth with another coworker while taking my order. While ordering two different bowls she kept mixing them up and adding wrong things to each order. In the end I didn’t even have the chance to correct her bc she was so distracted with her separate conversation she wasn’t paying attention. The food was fine it just wasn’t worth the hassle of ordering a bowl with someone who doesn’t listen.

Staff needs to be trained better in customer service. If I spend my money to dine in the establishment, I shouldn’t have to wait until the workers finish taking all the customers orders to let me use the restroom when I clearly seen them give other customers a code to punch on the keypad.

The workers are EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! I went in with my friend one time. It was a female employee who took my friend and I order and she was very rude! She continuously ignored us when we told her what we wanted on our bowl. She gave us such little portions and not to mention she cursed both of us out and had the worst attitude ever! 0/10 NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! There was a very long line of people that were behind us and she purposely took her sweet time to take our order. It was 9:06 when we got there and we didn’t leave till 10:20!!
Ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken. With no rice and I did not get a good portion of extra chicken for six dollars. When you orde rice it compensates so they fill it up and it looks nice when you add rice but when u get no rice an add extra chicken it’s not as big of a portion as it should be. There is no extra chicken. Especially for the tact on price. Also Ordered a side of guacamole and it was discolored all around and not fresh. Inedible. Ordered chips the day before. Also Inedible because the amount of salt burns the mouth.
Update: I’ve ordered three more times and still very poor portions of chicken. Imagine tryna bulk and feel full. Paying 30 dollars for a small bowl, paying an extra 6 dollars and still an ungodly small amounts of chicken covered with toppings. Unreal how little protein these bowls have. Such a huge waste of money. The guacamole is almost always discolored. All because you mix it doesn’t hide the discoloration.
I can get a whole rotisserie chicken for 12 bucks and buy my own pinto beans. Do the math.

Omg what a bad experience I had at this location. I visited it today Saturday 5/3/25 at around 4:30pm smh a bunch of rude young workers with a very bad attitude they were listening to music in the back so loud having their own conversations and ignore the costumes the cashier was in the bathroom I had to wait to pay for my food and on her phone the whole time she was charging me. The young man who made my food was so rude, I ask for his name they told me Braine( I didn’t know chipotle employees don’t need to wear a name tag). I love Chipotle but I won't be coming to this location anymore.
