The foods either a hit or miss sometimes it’s too salty. Sometimes it taste like nothing. Also, I asked him for more lettuce and they just said no so I don’t know what that was about and then I also asked for more guac and they also said no and I would’ve been fine paying extra but they just Said no. The trash cans are always dirty too. It’s always filled to the top with bowls and whatever they don’t know how to clean I’m telling you and one time for the service I asked for chicken and my order ended up being like $18 so then I asked them why was $18 why I was so high because I only got chicken. It’s usually $16 and then the server I’m guessing he was new but he said that I ordered steak and chickenand he wrote down steak and chicken on the bowl which obviously makes it add up more even when you have it then when I went home, I checked and it literally only had chicken so I need to stop to the going here.

Literally horrible service need to fire everyone in there especially the people at the register yesterday January 8th 7-8 pm not paying any attention constantly texting while dealing with customers and after watching me pay for the food act like didn’t want to hand me my food.. the food was horrible meat had bones in it very small portions of food wasn’t fresh at all they need whole new management and staff making chipotle look bad cause now I won’t go back to any of the stores anymore lost a customer

I see why nothing good last in the Bronx , nothing but a bunch of rude young workers . I placed my mobile order for pick up at 5:20 pm arrived at 5:15 & I watched the workers ignore the mobile order spot on the screen , just standing there chatting . When I went to ask who’s making my order the 2nd time , the cashier proceeded to tell me the order was for 5:20 & that I have to wait till it’s comes up !!! Like huhhhhh ??!! I completely understand if it’s busy but it was pretty slowww & if I’m already at the store why do I have to wait for yall to finish your conversation before you start my mobile order ?! Love chipotle but HATEEE THIS LOCATION !! No customer service at alllll !!!!

Very bad service the ladies there was literally having a whole conversation and was ignoring all the customers , then when i finally order they ran out of all the things I wanted which was the guacamole , cheese , steak , and corn. It was only 7 which made no sense. Overall experience was very bad I would not be eating here again.
They are Mexicans, yes they do, the only detail is the service, that is what they have very badly, apart from that the food is delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is access for people in wheelchairs, but it is very small. The access they have is only a ramp. Maybe they could put one for entry and one for exit because they use the same ramp for people in wheelchairs. Two things

This restaurant is good, I went to have some tacos and ate at location, and it was really good. The service was great and atmosphere was quite and peaceful. The area though is awful so be careful with that, it was dirty but the girl came to clean. Peace.
