I ordered a bowl yesterday at this locationI watched how a worker usedNational Origin discrimination he told me that I had to pay extra for two scoops of corn. When I watched him fill up huge bowls for two people in front of me that was Spanish since I was not he discriminating against me. Extra charges for corn twiceis insane.Then had attitude with me because I said why is corn extra. I also told him howI watched how he filled up two bowls and did not tell them nothing was extra.Since I’m a black female he used that against me. I came in with a nice welcoming attitude the customer always right.Then I was told I could not get a water cup. Manger said no this not right I’m a paying customer if I want to get water so that I don’t choke on my food I should be able to get a water cup.Then they started playing loud Spanish music from a pink jbl speaker.Because they wanted to start early cleaningYes they was closing in a hour but it’s no need for music when customers are still sitting down eating.Music being loud we are living in trouble Times noise should be at a minimum. Chipotle already plays music.Don’t come here at9pmThey have no rice no veggies and you will get racially abused.

There’s a girl w black eyeliner who’s rude and gone get hers and they be messing up orders like crazy even if u go in person, change staff immediately bc they’re miserable

I think it’s incredibly negligent of the management team to leave only two ppl at FOH for the closing shift. I watched two young ladies fulfill 6 Uber eats orders prior to attending the 7 ppl waiting in line. To expect two ppl to attend to all of those customers is irresponsible. I left without ordering after waiting on line for 10 minutes and not being attended to. Will not be back again

There door doesn’t say the time they open and when I knocked on the door to ask the fat nasty female manager gave me an attitude because she was too busy stuffing her face to give me an answer. Every other time I come here there’s only one person taking orders. The line is always dirty and full off rice, cheese and lettuce. None of the employees speak English and they get mad when they can’t understand you.

Came around 5pm this Sunday and the place was empty when someone finally came to prep my food I was told I had to “carry my dog” (he’s 45lbs) when I to the person he was a service animal and could show my dog’s registration card I was told he didn’t want to get a violation. I decided to go somewhere else to eat I guess I won’t be going to chipotle anymore since they don’t allow service animals which is funny since I’ve never had a problem eating there before with my service animal
