Hours of operation are off. I've seen multiple people say the same thing. Google stated that this store opens at 11:00 but I got here at 11:10 and the shutters are still down with no sign of anybody inside. Hours and need to definitely be changed if 11 is not the time they open.

I always went to this bakery with my dad every Saturday as a little girl. The fresh baked bread the different Caribbean accents filling the space with all their amazing customers. The lady who sells rice pudding every other Saturday . Ahhh I will always cherish this gem it makes me feel at home and the bread is one of a kind to me. The bakery has a history and I am so proud to be apart of it.

I arrived a little after 9am, on a weekday, only to me met with locked doors, lights on in the establishment, and a older senior man sitting directly inside by the entry doors. He waved me as I guess to signal that they are closed, when I asked if the place was closed for the day, he cracked the doors open only to tell me that they donāt have white bread until 11:30, and quickly shut the door in my face. I donāt know why he assumed that I came to buy white bread when they serve an array of other baked goods. This place has horrible customer service, and Iām not convinced as to their hygiene, as I saw that same senior man sweeping the streets in front of the bakery and afterwards went directly inside the place to arranged the baked goods on top of the counter without washing his hands prior to touching the food.

1st time I went it was almost closing the lady had a real bad attitude but I purchased anyway figure I was back in the neighborhood figure I give her the benefit of the doubt she gave me the same reaction couldnāt even order just turned around and left made me feel she knew I wasnāt Jamaican and didnāt care for my business. Her attitude needs to change because the have great baked goods

I've been to this bakery twice on a Friday night and they didn't have any bread or any of the other things I wanted. The customer service has always been horrible here and it still is. The young man behind the counter was rude and dismissive and barely looked up from his phone. The only person who offered any help was ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I want to support my own, but they have to do better.

Best island bread and cheese but I travel so far to come and get cheese ,the lady in the front so rude . I will never go back there and I encourage people find some where else no more 5 star... but the others are great.. It's time for her to retire let the young take over
