I decided to throw a birthday party in chucky cheese for my daughter as I always do every year. Unfortunately this will be the last year I will ever come to a chucky cheese again. After the 2 hours was up the kids still wanted to play games , we moved to the game area where they had 30 empty tables available with no one on line to come in to the chucky cheese. After sitting down the employee Ashley decided to come over and very rudely say that we can not sit down unless we bought something, Even after we payed $700 already and ordered extra pizza. She said the 2hours was up and we had to stand . She then allowed another party to sit down in the game area without paying for any food . This is a terrible way to treat a paying customer , my daughter cried on her birthday because she thought her and her friends couldn’t stay at chucky cheese because Ashley said we should leave in front of her as we tried to understand why we couldn’t sit down. I will not be returning if this is how you treat people next year I will have to go to Billy bees instead.

I attended a birthday party today at chucky cheese.The party area had been renovated so I was interested is throwing my sons birthday there until the party finished we moved over to the play area where the employee and manager Named Ashley came over to tell us we couldn’t sit down without buying something to eat. I explained to her that I would because the kids still had time on the cards and I already planned on getting a salad for myself but she was very rude and told me I had to get up and get it at that exact moment. She was rude from the start and after that interaction I didn’t want the salad anymore nor do I think I will be coming back to throw any party’s here I will just look elsewhere.

No problem, in jan 27, around 7.36 pm to 8.05 pm they sold entry but lady employe don't have time to open , she was busy on mobile phone and keep saying wait ... Igo issue on service sector not positive at all.

I missed my window in order to book my son’s birthday . However the manager Shy gave me several options that would accommodate my party . When I arrived ( I believe her name was Crystal) young lady with exceptional customer service gave me a breakdown of all of their prices , menu options , bundle deals , ultimately allowing me to have more of a “bang for my buck “ . Everyone enjoyed , the kids had a blast . Highly recommend this location over the other Bronx site .
