Adam was very helpful guiding me with my purchase also with the amusement area.Alexia greeted us in and she was so friendly and welcoming especially since we were there so early. William assisted also when we needed the the amusement area. They were so professional and the customer service is beyond. I definitely recommend this hidden location to enjoy some time with your children.

I have a monthly pass so I make sure to use it! This day the kids were out of school. Going early is advised. We go when there is no one there and leave when the unsupervised group of kids show up. This location is fairly small with a distinct separate area for the party tables.
I did my daughter's 4th birthday here and overall it was a good experience. The girl who was host to my party was great. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help me make this party as smooth as possible. Food was brought quick, drinks were put out immediately, my kids were happy. My only complaint is that it gets ridiculously packed with people on Saturdays 🫠. Not the establishments fault at all but definitely something to keep in mind. Pack your patience and bring it with you if you want to survive a Saturday night party lol.

The place is a bit outdated and not set up the best. However, the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Which overall makes any experience worthy.
The party area definitely needs to be rearranged and brought down to a limited amount of tables due to space. It is a hazard.

This place it kid heaven!! All the games they can play for a reasonable price. I paid about 70$ for unlimited visits for 2 months!!
Its already been worth it! The kids have a blast. I feel comfortable letting them have fun because its clean and the staff are so kind!!
