On Sat Dec 13 I went to this location at 10am when they first open. However on this Saturday the manager says went don't open at 10am we open at 11am. The sign on the door says 10am the website says 10am. He replied when only open at 10am when have party's And close the door in my face made my son cry and we going to celebrate his birthday. I never had a bad experience until this day.. The staff have become lackadaisical and make up there own hours to benefit them.. I followed up with a email to the corporate office and they replied to investigate.

⚠️ATTENTION Parents/Guardians ⚠️ Please be mindful of this place. The manager have been having inappropriate relationships with an underage employee and making many people feel uncomfortable. He's been reported but nothing has been done. I am bringing attention to this matter for the safety of the children that comes here and for the young children who apply to this job.
Hosted the $99 party package and everything turned out good. The attendant was really nice and helpful. She was the perfect host, so helpful and sweet. I think what made the experience good to, is because it was not over crowded. I just wish I was not bad at names and got to catch her to give a tip.

Went to my niece Birthday party and it was nice. In order to enjoy its perks you have to pay the price. They were low on staff. There was plastic in the food. A roller coaster I tell you. We made the best of it and enjoyed the 2 hours.
