I'm writing this review because I am extremely upset about what happened today when my daughter went to a friend's birthday party at your location. While playing in the trampoline obstacle area with slides and other features, my daughter was pushed by another child. She came out of the area hysterically crying, saying she felt dizzy. When I asked to speak to the manager, Marcos, his response was careless at best. He simply said, "I'm sorry that happened to your daughter, if you need anything, just give us a call." Are you serious? This is a place where kids are supposed to have fun and stay safe. Yes, kids sometimes get hurt, but not like this. The child who pushed my daughter should have been removed, and both parents should have been spoken to. I was watching my daughter, but there were so many kids in the area that it was difficult to keep track of them. There's no limit on the number of kids allowed in there, which makes it incredibly dangerous.

Absolutely Disturbing Female Bathroom Needs extreme improvement It’s always the same everytime. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest to home but I won’t be taking my children there anymore. Rude Staff, Their always so distracted and talking amongst each other instead of doing their job at the register. The check in person always on their phone not paying attention to the front of who comes in and out.

This is our go to place on most Fridays after-school. I'm concerned about the cleanliness. We were there on January 17, 2025 and all of got sick with the flu. It took me longer to recover due to my asthma. I didn't see anyone wiping down the games with so many kids sharing their germs. We returned yesterday and we had a great time however someone stole my grandsons hoodie. Thank God they didn't take his coat. Just sad.

I went here with family, was not happy about the experience. I spent $100 on food to wait two hours for my food to come out. The chicken wings and fries were cold. There was a birthday party near by, where was the host ? Playing chuky cheese mouse and also working at the tampoline section at the same time. A party host should be available.
This location needs more employees. I find this place to be a low class arcade/small children venue. You have to wait to find an employee for help or at the prize booth. It was very hot inside and the place could've been much cleaner. I am disappointed in the poor management and slow service. Next time I'll eat at apple bees before coming. Atleast my food will be fresh, and hot.
Improve the air quality, clean the place better, please add more staff and train them better!
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly ! The age is recommended under 11 years old. Not really for the older kids. :--/
