First off I was hoping to purchase a plain Cinnabon with. My icing on the side . The young man at the front counter with the glasses on had very bad customer service skills ..Hd couldn’t even give me a decent answer when I asked if there were any Cinnabons coming out the oven soon so i could get a plain one with

Be very careful and review your purchase total before you finalize payment. The cashier attempted to overcharge me and got an attitude when I questioned the cost. The pricing clearly said $7.59 and the total was $10.75. When I asked why the additional charge was added, she said it was the tax. Tax is .92 cents not almost $3. I get the same thing all the time so the extra cost was noticeable. Confused, I just changed my order and left. I will never go back here.

I do not wish to make this a long dragged out story. However, I have been going to Cinnabon in Bay Plaza for over 20 years since I live in the neighborhood. Today, the cashier try to scam me out of money. He overcharged my credit card and then pretended that the price changed. Although, I returned my order, I will report the staff. I read all the reviews and everyone seem to have the same problem of being overcharged. I will report this Cinnabon to Consumers Affairs.

Typical cinnabon classic. Have yet to have a bad one. But this false advertising has to stop. The price board said $6.49 but once at the register, it rang up for $7.49. When I asked the cashier who seemed to be a manager about it, he said "oh we just need to change it". I said yes..do that promptly cause at this point you seem to be intentionally overcharging your customers.This is unacceptable and should've been addressed from the moment the store opened this morning. Please get it together asap. Thanks.

I have never had a bad experience here. But, I finally decided to put in my review. Although I always order the Large Warm Caramel Cinnabon, and only sometimes with a fantastic drink. It is always warm, soft, and flavorful even after arriving home... ooey, gooey. The service is also the way that it should be done and I had no complaints. My child who has a big appetite also really enjoyed and devoured their warm caramel cinnabons right away too...lol. I would like the photos to only speak for themselves. And, it keeps me coming here along with a craving for more. It has made the day! Thanks Cinnabon in Bay Plaza!

How do you guys run a business and never answer the phone. In the evening when I al ordering the cinnabon's are not freshly baked you guys are selling them from the morning time. You guys need a manager to handle this store not having the store phone answered.

I paid $20 for 2 cinnabuns and a order of the sugar donuts. I only received the 2 cinnabuns and not the sugar donuts. I was loud and clear but the staff was busy talking to each other.
