Instead of pressing the button that says Caramel PeconBon (which is 7.29), instead they will press the ClassicBon, and add the extra toppings afterwards, which is a separate upcharge, totaling 10.57 instead. Will NEVER order at this Cinnabon ever again due to this pathetic display of greed.

ROACH ALERT! Do not eat here if you value your health. Used to LOVE cinnabon until i found some extra protein in my order. After going through a tremendous ordeal for a refund which still hasn’t been provided, i was ghosted by customer service. Odds that this was an isolated incident is zero.

Food is old !!! Why would you sell it stale like this. It’s not cheap. Will not return! Got a Cinnabon and it was hard as rock.
?The Cinnabons you have to heat up is ok but they said their were instructions and they were not present. But the real problem was the food was so outrageously old. The pretzel bites were completely inedible. I gave them to my dogs and none of them could chew it at all. I had to take it away from them. The pigs in a blanket were definitely defeated by the big bad wolf because they were burned down to a crispy measly straw of a house left behind.. it was so bad that most of the hot dogs didn’t stay in it’s incasing. The big pretzel was edible on one side. I was so angry because I paid 70 bucks online for mostly stale old food. I only got 20 back for the refund smh. I’m literally so disappointed.
