A very lovely cafe with lovely owners. Coffee is delicious and breakfast toasts are yummy. Chocolate muffin is so good. Nice rustic marine/beach decor( it needs a bit tidying up, and it will be fantastic.)
Local, chill vibes…my Americano was great! The pastries we tried were amazing…the cheddar scallion scone was so buttery and rich and soft, I had it warm with butter and it was my favorite part of my breakfast…also tried the chilli cheese danish which had a flaky croissant like texture, a hint of spice and it was really delicious served warm. City Island is like a small town and this is the small town coffee shop. Great coffee, reasonable prices, a variety of snacks and simple choices, and a nice relaxing atmosphere! Try it.
