My sister had ordered a cake from here yesterday for my nephew and this is what she received .. they gave us a cake with a hair on it and claimed that they wear “hair nets” and tried to say in small words that she took a piece of her own hair and stuck it on the cake .. then they didn’t want to refund her the whole $50 that she paid . and told us to just take the piece of hair off .. & on top of that she NEVER asked for a SpongeBob cake for a 6 month old baby ..the SpongeBob looks like it was just placed there with no delicacy or anything . and the handwriting on the cake is just horrible.. they had a bad attitude when I addressed the situation with the cake .. the male that works there was just trying to dismiss me and the lady was trying to tell me that we took our own hair and placed it on the cake .

There employees are not welcoming attt all , there was a dead fly on my cake . The place itself it’s disgusting. Delivery even worse . Atpppp just look for some where else to get your cakes !!! Trust me and I think they be leaving the flys on purpose because it’s no way you don’t see it especially when my cake is white and the fly is black !! This has happened to me multiple times . And two times were enough !!! And there was hairrrr in my cake and they are supper rudee!!

I ordered a cake for my son’s half birthday. I even let them do whatever theme they wanted since I did not know my child favorite toy. I picked up the cake in the box, when I got home. The letter was so horribly done and it had a piece of hair on the cake. When I called about this they told me “I wear a hairnet” and then hung up on me. I called a couple times again and the young lady picked up I told her about the situation and she says she can’t do anything about it, there’s no refunds, and that it’s basically my fault cause they took pictures of the cake before they packaged it. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE BAKERY, HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Honestly the cakes are beautiful and they taste good most of the time. The low stars is really just how the prices have sky rocketed recently. I’m all for charging what you’re worth but what I asked for and the quote I got was beyond insane. I ended up getting something bigger at Valencia down the block for a little under what they were trying to charge. In the end like I said the cakes are good, I’ve been getting my daughter’s bday cakes here every year so I’m genuinely shocked at the huge difference in price. The workers are helpful though!

They have a cake called NAPOLITAN, I don't recommend it now because there is nothing in it, most of their cakes are a cheap imitation or maybe the place is too stingy to be able to offer real cakes and with their real versions!! A

everyone loved the cake it was nice & fresh , & good no complaints. Only thing I had to wait a hour in a half longer then I was suppose to pick it up but I still got it on time. I added the cake toppers but the cake was exactly how I asked for

Do not buy here, in this place they sell you spoiled things, buy 2 Neapolitans, a brownie, a chocolate cake and a screw of these 2 spoiled ones, the unconsciousness of people is incredible, it is not so much why It is spent but for the health of our relatives, it literally had mold, how can they sell to themselves? First and last time I buy here. Unfortunately I don't live near the area to go immediately to complain, but I hope that my bad experience helps people not to put their health at risk.
