I have patronized this place for over 40 years. They were located near Grant Avenue on 167th Street. They moved to Morris Avenue off 167th street. They have the best patties and coco bread. They have beef, chicken and veggie patties. I like all 3 but my fave now is the veggie. It use to be the beef. My family out of town loves them too. They will put in orders and have us bring it to them when we visit them. I haven't tried the food yet.

Customer service is repugnant. The women don't seem like they want to be there. They don't smile, they rarely greet the customers, and it's apparent they prefer to be on their phones. The food is good, but they need friendly and polite staff upfront to serve the public.

Honestly, the patties are always a hit, but I can't get over their rudeness. It’s disgusting, you want to support your people but they make it so unwelcoming it’s like I don’t even want your patties anymore.
The patties here are baked to perfection, the taste and the quality is amazing. I love it here, may they continue to serve the community and bring us quality party for many more years to come. I mean that from the top of my heart, that’s how good their patties are.

Parking: Location is surrounded by bus stops in front of the business and around the corner. Across the street is a middle school. You would have to find any random parking space away from the bakery or have someone go in while you idle in a vehicle.

The food is lovely here however it’s a particular lady whom is a cashier that had the most horrendous attitude known to earth. It should be no reason you’re not friendly, welcoming, and or bubbly when dealing with people food. No one wants to buy food from an establishment that allows employees like her to take our money and touch our food with that kind of energy. No ty, get some workshops in place to teach your cashiers how to be pleasant to people or find new cashiers who know the importance of professionalism and not just a dollar.

The 3 is because the patties and coco bread are always good. Buttt... I ordered a large stew chicken w/ rice and peas as well and there was a whole fly in my food. Besides that the stew chicken was good, but the rice had no flavor.
