The patties here are baked to perfection, the taste and the quality is amazing. I love it here, may they continue to serve the community and bring us quality party for many more years to come. I mean that from the top of my heart, that’s how good their patties are.

Parking: Location is surrounded by bus stops in front of the business and around the corner. Across the street is a middle school. You would have to find any random parking space away from the bakery or have someone go in while you idle in a vehicle.

The food is lovely here however it’s a particular lady whom is a cashier that had the most horrendous attitude known to earth. It should be no reason you’re not friendly, welcoming, and or bubbly when dealing with people food. No one wants to buy food from an establishment that allows employees like her to take our money and touch our food with that kind of energy. No ty, get some workshops in place to teach your cashiers how to be pleasant to people or find new cashiers who know the importance of professionalism and not just a dollar.

The 3 is because the patties and coco bread are always good. Buttt... I ordered a large stew chicken w/ rice and peas as well and there was a whole fly in my food. Besides that the stew chicken was good, but the rice had no flavor.

My experience here today was unbelievable. A guy came in and asked for a beef patty he had $2.00 bills and 50cent change the change was 25cent pennies 25cent quarter. The lady behind the counter refused to take his money because it was 25 cent in pennies. However I brought the beef patty for him when I tell you she had a disgusting disposition. As Black people we have to do better because I can go to any other establishment chinese, pizza shop or a Spanish restaurant and they would have never told a customer he cant use pennies. Me and the lady behind the counter had some words she told me she was better then me guess why because I'm American. Black Americans we have to stop spending our money with establishments that don't respect us in our communities. Dropping a little knowledge you help those in need he's hungry it was obviously that was all he had. I'm a proud Black American and I always give back ........ DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO UPTOWN this place is not worth it.

If your looking for a quick single Pattie and Coco Bread, this is one of the few spots in the near area to get it. When ordering large quantities of patties and coco bread TLC is not their specialty.. That aside the Patties are good (Beef or Chicken), and I heard that their delicious CocoBread is insourced from a much more..... a better Jamaican Bakery further uptown in the Bronx.

Worker are unprofessional, no customer service, no greeting, the other lady that use to work there was very friendly and professional, I haven't seen her in a long while. I do n't know if they have a manager/supervisor just this unfriendly female. Will not recommend. Employees are rude wish I can give negative stars

The yummiest cocoa bun/ bread and patties. I got the chicken, beef, and vegan, all are good. I can't wait to go back.

The service is horrible they don't greet you they always in the back and when they actually do come to the front of the shop they have a attitude. The ladies always throwing your change in your hand. They are not friendly or welcoming when it comes to dealing with this establishment. I went to this location multiple times and always get the same result which is horrible service I will never come here again. Ambiance is also horrible with that dirty plastic cover that you have to reach your hand through to get your food. They don't appreciate the customers at all.

I been eating beef patties in NYC for as long as I can remember & these beef patties are THE BEST I've ever eaten. The coco bread is top-tier and fluffy, and it complements a cup of coffee perfectly. The service is always generous with a smile & the aroma of baked bread permeates the air, making the spot feel warm and welcoming. I encourage all my beef patty enthusiasts to take the trip up top to The BX for this experience. They will not be disappointed!
