Stopped by here before hopping on the Metro North and it was decent. The iced latte was decent. It looked more like an iced coffee than a latte but it tasted pretty good. They have a wide variety of syrups to spice things up a bit if you’re into flavored espresso drinks. The desserts look delicious.
The service was friendly. The young woman at the counter greeted folks with a smile, which is always a lovely touch round these parts.
My only thing about this place is the atmosphere. To me, it just has no character and feels rather generic. There’s minimal seating, which is okay, but I wish it had a bit more life. Maybe some soft music playing in the background (there could’ve been and I didn’t notice) to make things a little more like a charming bakery. Also, it can get quite warm in there which is why it took me so long to finally give it a try.

I got a coffee to stay in and they still served it in a disposable cup. I was going to get a slice of cake, but they were also going to serve this in a disposable plastic container, so I decided against it. The lack of care shown for the environment and creating unnecessary waste, is absolutely shameful and shocking.

Spacious and cozy all at once. Food and drinks here are very good and are obviously made fresh with attention. Staff is pleasant. Sometimes the line here can be short but indecisive customers can drag it out a bit. No fault of the establishment, just arrive patiently.

If you are headed to botanical stop. Reallybgpod cakes, im in this bakery constantly. I highly recommend. Also try there breads you will take one home

Do not order here! I ordered 2 cakes at 1 time. First cake was a pistachio cake. They gave me a yellow cake with pistachio nuts cream filling. Any good baker knows it’s a green cake not yellow. I reached out and notified them of the discrepancy. They were unapologetic and upset that I was not happy with the order. I moved forward with the second cake as the deposit was already submitted and non refundable. The second cake was an edible picture cake. The picture had lines in my son’s face and they tried to give it to me with an attitude. I am not sure why the owner has not returned my calls or reached out. When spending $400 on cakes providing customer service is the least they can offer. Please get rid of the person at your register. She is unprofessional and can possible ruin your business.

Usually service with other girls r really good but the one working today(11.4.24) morning clearly doesn’t know how to make a cappuccino. The other girls make it really good. This is the second time I experienced this. She makes it like latte😭 I hate the consistency of latte. This is so stupid cause I paid for cappuccino bruh.
She also forgot to put the ice beforehand. Bought the drink to me and then took it back to put ice and now the drink is all dirty and expelling 😭😭😭 I feel bad writing this because other staffs r nice and makes good drink. I hope this doesn’t hurt the person working there today but RATHER ONE OF YOU THAT MAKE SOOO GOOD CAPPUCCINO PLEASE TEACH HER😭🙏🏼

My god 🙏 I love this place. I take my children here a few times every single week for awhile now. The staff is always kind, sweet and patient with us. It feels like home away from home for us. After we get done with school and homework this is where we before we go home

Nice looking bakery, very clean, smells amazing when you walk in and great service. I tried the creme brulee for the first time today and it is Ah-mazing! I will be going there regularly. I am just adding an update- The tres leche cake- you must try it. The best!

The freshness in each bite makes this more than a gem in the Bronx... I highly recommend hands down the pralaine cream almond crossiant, the dulce de leche cheese cake, the Pecan pie, the latte, and the Challah bread- best bread for your tuna sandwich- im just so mad that they been around 5 yrs and it was just yesterday (9.15.24) i found out about them...the place is clean staff helpful and polite and the caramel latte with ice and oatmilk- was so balanced in flavor and not overly sweet- deserves a trophy- please keep doing what ya doing we need more services and quality products like yours to stay in the Bronx

went yesterday and spend almost $30 on 3 slices of cake and 1 fruit tart. the 3 leches was old, the chocolate mouse was dry and the mixed fruit tart had all the fruits with MOLD. Needless to say I'm NEVER going back. $5.95 for OLD MOLDY DESSERTS!!? You should be closed down. YOU CAN KILL SOMEONE BY SELLING FOOD FILLED WITH MOLD.
