I have a new born & one toddler. I called order my food and the delivery guy took long with the food & didn't bring it to me left it downstairs. I'm letting everyone I come in contact with that wants to order from there & tell them DONT DO IT!!!!! Mind you it's their personal delivery people ?

I can not believe Cosmos is still around. When I was a 6-7 yr old boy my grandma took us to this diner after church every Sunday. It was great then (1958) and it's still great. My Grandma knew the Cosmos. I am 70 yrs old.

I like how it's a diner with counter and booths, the food is good, prices reasonable, always clean. I did take off a star because their personalities could be friendlier, no one says good morning or afternoon, hardly ANYONE smiles, there's no greeting you which would be nice to be acknowledged when you are there.

I love my little get aways to Cosmo's,they know exactly what I want as soon as I get there the food is great and the service the atmosphere is so homey to me .
Ordered for deliver but order never arrived, took a hour and twenty minutes till I decided to pick up the order when I arrive to the diner, the lady said the order was never placed when clearly I spoke to someone at the diner. Feel like the lady’s working Infront don’t care about customers service. Also one time I order an order of pancakes and a plain omelet and they forget the omelet.

They allow the homeless to panhandle in the business. I mean you can be sitting down eating and they'll allow the homeless to come right up to your table panhandling and they don't say anything.

Good food - terrifying customers. Several homeless people walked in begging. Then one came in grabbed the disinfecting liquid and started slipping it around. Then she started waving her wig. Very very odd place.
