Exceptional customer service. I called this morning to place a late order for 100 high school students and Ricky did not disappoint. Him and his partner literally had the order ready and helped me pack it. They even separated empanadas that had allergens (seafood) from the rest for safety purposes which was so thoughtful. They were ready at the specified time too. I Will most definitely call for catering in the future.
Dietary restrictions: They will make an empanada without a specific ingredient if you ask.
Kid-friendliness: Mini empanadas perfect for kids to eat and finger food like fries, fried cheese, potato balls, etc

I ordered from here all the time but the last time I ordered from here via Uber eats I was told they didn’t have enough dough for my order so they were going to replace it with something else which I understood and confirmed with them only to find out when my order came they forgot to put the replacement I was so disappointed

1st tine ordered for pick up and was very happy with my order. Customer service was great. I ordered for pick up, got there a bit early, so they told me to wait a few minutes by my car and they called me once the empanadas were done. They were fresh and delicious. I do recommend you stop by if you love empanadas.

The shrimp empanada has no seasoning or flavor, just 3 small shrimp packaged in there. Barely any corn in the chicken, cheese, and corn empanadas. The guava from the guava and cheese empanada was an actual block of guava from the can. The chicken empanada was salty.
I tried their eggplant and veggie empanadas. I liked the eggplant empanada. They were a good size. I’d say two is enough for one person. I made a mistake of ordering a small order of rice it was more than enough. Altogether it came out less than $15. Each empanada was $3. Much more reasonable and probably better than the more popular empanada place in the city. They take credit cards. Small place, quick, casual. Nice staff.

Let me tell you something..... everything they make is top of the line in quality from the lobster to the oxtail and even the simpler dishes like beef cheese yaroa every has this blast of flavor and juiciness you wont find with the regular spots. This place right here is a Bronx gem. The owner is also super professional and always making sure the food is up to par. I literally order from this place over 50 times in the last 4 years lmao try the ones I said and you won’t judge me lol.
