I came in to source this place for an event I have coming up and I was blown away! I ordered the chicken yaroa empanada (chicken, mozzarella cheese and sweet plantain) and the cheeseburger empanada (ground beef and cheddar). Let’s start with texture, crispy crunchy on the outside, the fillings were very flavorful and plentiful- they don’t skimp and size wise they are quite large 24oz! Ricky, the owner was really accommodating and took time to explain all the various options for my event. Over all, probably the best empanadas I’ve had that weren’t made by my dad! Every bite! Also, get the passion fruit juice! 👌🏽

I come here often, I stopped by on Friday to get chicken and yuca fries, what a disaster. I wasted $14 and the chicken had no seasoning, the yuca fries were over fried. I wasn’t able to finish the whole meal because it had a weird oil smell and to make matters worse, I woke up Saturday morning with extreme diarrhea. From 6am to 12pm, I had ran to the bathroom 5 times. I was afraid I was going to catch food poisoning but luckily I didn’t, I took some pepto and my stomach calmed down. I’m not sure what’s going on back there but there definitely needs to be something changed because that’s unacceptable that a customer has to go through something like this. I’m grateful that I didn’t turn out extremely sick but unfortunately I will never come back here again. This is my experience, yours might be different but I had to let it be known.

I want to give a huge shout out to Craft Empanadas for being such a reliable source of quality food every day. I've been eating Craft for so many years now and I still faithfully go there. I really don't mind when my wife says she doesn't feel like cooking. 😃 They have such a wide variety of empanadas. My favorite is the boneless chicken and white rice with some plantains. Hits every time. Thank you Craft Empanadas!
I was searching for a spot I could have a little snack, and I stumbled across this hidden gem. I definitely recommend this place. And the 3 leches cake empanada was fire. Oh and made from scratch too. 👍👍👍

Exceptional customer service. I called this morning to place a late order for 100 high school students and Ricky did not disappoint. Him and his partner literally had the order ready and helped me pack it. They even separated empanadas that had allergens (seafood) from the rest for safety purposes which was so thoughtful. They were ready at the specified time too. I Will most definitely call for catering in the future.
Dietary restrictions: They will make an empanada without a specific ingredient if you ask.
Kid-friendliness: Mini empanadas perfect for kids to eat and finger food like fries, fried cheese, potato balls, etc
I ordered from here all the time but the last time I ordered from here via Uber eats I was told they didn’t have enough dough for my order so they were going to replace it with something else which I understood and confirmed with them only to find out when my order came they forgot to put the replacement I was so disappointed

1st tine ordered for pick up and was very happy with my order. Customer service was great. I ordered for pick up, got there a bit early, so they told me to wait a few minutes by my car and they called me once the empanadas were done. They were fresh and delicious. I do recommend you stop by if you love empanadas.
