“Ok , I want to give an honest review of this place and I feel I’ve been here enough times make an accurate judgment.1.The food is ZABIHA HALAL, which is equivalent to finding gold in the Bronx! IYKYK. We usually get the grilled chicken crepe and a sweet crepe. Both are always delicious. That being said, they can definitely go lower on the sugar content in the sweet crepes. Warning: It’s disgustingly sweet. It will leave you with diabetes. The boba drinks are delicious! I usually get a mango mix with lychee pieces. Also very sweet. Yes I have diabetes. Everything is made to order and within a reasonable time frame.2. The owners/employees are extremely courteous, engaging and respectful. Every time I go, I feel like family even though I don’t know them.3. It’s a small place about 10x10ft of customer space with one bar and some stools running along the side wall. That being said, it’s kept clean and it’s well lit. No bathroom as it’s a small establishment but there is one in the mall. Food is given in to go trays, you’re not really supposed to stick around although I think it would be nice to. There’s a food court a few feet away lol. That’s all for now. :)

“small crêperie planted in the East Village. stopped by here to grab a hot coffee to go before a long walk filled with errands. the owner/operator brewed a fresh pot, and I appreciated her hospitality and attentiveness in providing a quality cup of coffee. the lady, at Honey Crepes, is friendly. i enjoyed our chat while waiting for some hot brew. look forward to returning to try one of the savory OR sweet crepes in the future. it's businesses like these that give the East Village a newfound charm and personality without it becoming just an other generic neighborhood.“

I had such a great time at Melt n Dip Astoria! The place is super clean, cozy, and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The desserts are absolutely delicious — rich chocolate, generous portions, and everything beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Mohamed was the best! He was attentive, patient, and made the whole experience even better with his great service. It’s definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!“

“This place is 30 min away but I was in the area so decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did and I'll be coming back for more.I tried 2 different crepes and they were both really good. I would definitely try again but I'm going to try the others first.Good service, I was politely greeted and she told me my options on my particular crepe.This is a small place that prob sits like 6-7 people. Not too much going on inside. It's right around the corner by the church which I almost missed. It's like a small hidden gem. “Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

“Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and strawberry Nutella crepes, with some modifications. Both were made quickly, and tasted good like any other T-Swirl location. I took them to go and didn’t eat them for at least another 20 minutes after pickup. They did not get soggy or anything like that.

“Took two trips here on the same day to sample something for brunch and for lunch. For starters, the place is pretty big despite how the place looks from the entrance. The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.

Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“

“Top notch crepes! Not skimping on ingredients and crunchy crepes which led to every bite being amazing, especially the last one. A bit pricey but worth it!
Not to mention they have an awesome selection of flavors, which leaves you coming back for more.

“The fruit salads are very delicious, they have a variety of fruits, they are large & you can share them if you want although I always eat a whole one ;)
The fruits are always fresh and the combination with the heavy cream and the grated cheese are perfect for me.
When I'm craving something sweet and delicious this is it for me.
They come with ice cream and waffle cookies. I usually like to order the ice cream separately because it melts inside the salad and is too sweet for my taste.

“Wonderful cafe with a horribly racist patron. Shade Bar was the perfect place to end our girls day, my two friends and myself decided to get a crepe and catch up in the outdoor dining area. The crepe was delicious, hot, and perfectly chewy and the servers were very kind! However, our experience took a turn for the worse when an older woman walks in to sit and order a cup of tea. This woman seemed to be a regular, as she not-so-politely ordered the waitress to turn on the heat. Anyways, being rude to waitstaff is strike number one in my book. But the antics do not stop here…. As my friends and I were conversing about our days, the same woman yells from across the outdoor dining area for us to be quiet, huffed and puffed, and said a few other choice words. My friends and I, stunned at this extremely out of pocket remark, stayed a few more minutes and decided to leave because this woman was very clearly not well in the head. As we got up to go, I said to the woman “that was not kind of you to speak to us like that, that was uncalled for. I’ll be hoping you have a better day” to which she replied “oh yeah? Well I’ll be praying for you all to LEAVE THIS COUNTRY AND GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM” screaming at my friends and I. My friend promptly went inside to tell the staff, and I’m not sure what was done from that point on, but I feel horribly sorry for the waitstaff that needed to deal with her rude personality. This woman needs to realize that she is sitting in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and if she doesn’t like it then she can leave. I hope that if you decide to visit this cute little cafe on a Sunday afternoon, that you do not run into this miserable, rude, and racist woman.“

“My friend and I were craving a sweet treat and headed for T Swirl Crepe! The shop is small but had a hip feel to it! We ordered 2 Banana Nutella Crepes on the kiosk, and the cashier notified us about a promotion! Super sweet of him and we were able to get 2 scoops of ice cream! ^^

“I was served by Mariam on 19th April 2024 who is fantastic and very detailed.

I ordered an açai bowl, 12oz - I will say now probably one of the best açai bowls I’ve ever had. One it is a large amount of Açai, the fruit is FRESH!!! I watched Marián cut up my fruit and it was lovely to eat an authentic açai and for New York it is soo accessible. The shop being open from early to late it’s about 2libs walk from the New Yorker and 3-4 mins to Penn station, it’s got a lovely open window seating area and you get a good view of the street which I liked. The açai was better than an I expected and I ended up buying two which lasted me my entire Easter trip in NY. The second day I sat an ate my açai after leaving to get a dollar pizza, the staff that served were very welcoming to have my presence and also kind and loving. They have a very peaceful presence too and are polite. Besides the açai I’ve yet try anything else but still top 2 açais bowls I’ve ever had. They’re very customisable too and staff where happy to add coconut flakes and swap out my mango for blueberries and another gentleman got protein powder mixed to his bowl. Overall very friendly service, clean ambiance and atmosphere and AMAZING AÇAI.“

“MoLiXian is one of the stalls in the New World Food Court. It offers all kinds of desserts and snacks - from ice cream, egg puffs, to savory crepes and, supposedly, noodle soups. Since this is a day trip for me and this is a food court, I wanted to sample around. Here, there's a dedicated menu section on takoyaki, so I decided it must be worth a try.There are 4 different takes on takoyaki. I took T1, the classic take with bonito flakes. Menu says jumbo, but actually it's just slightly larger than the mini ones I've had else where. Taste is good, but as always everywhere, they don't really put much octopus in them. Their version also weren't sweet which was a good thing. I don't like the fact that many Japanese dishes mix sweet and savory together. Overall, it was a good experience.“
