This is the 3rd time I order a banana cream crepe and you send apple pie crepe!!! I’m allergic to applesss and I been calling you guys but your phone is disconnected!! Unbelievable!
The Boba drinks are good. Only problem I have is that they say they open at 10 am but it is 10:30 am and they are closed. Overall the place is ok.

Ok , I want to give an honest review of this place and I feel I’ve been here enough times make an accurate judgment.1.The food is ZABIHA HALAL, which is equivalent to finding gold in the Bronx! IYKYK. We usually get the grilled chicken crepe and a sweet crepe. Both are always delicious. That being said, they can definitely go lower on the sugar content in the sweet crepes. Warning: It’s disgustingly sweet. It will leave you with diabetes. The boba drinks are delicious! I usually get a mango mix with lychee pieces. Also very sweet. Yes I have diabetes. Everything is made to order and within a reasonable time frame.2. The owners/employees are extremely courteous, engaging and respectful. Every time I go, I feel like family even though I don’t know them.3. It’s a small place about 10x10ft of customer space with one bar and some stools running along the side wall. That being said, it’s kept clean and it’s well lit. No bathroom as it’s a small establishment but there is one in the mall. Food is given in to go trays, you’re not really supposed to stick around although I think it would be nice to. There’s a food court a few feet away lol. That’s all for now. :)
Dietary restrictions: Zabiha Halal offered.

Boba tea is delicious. I get strawberry boba tea when I arrive at the mall and when I leave ?
the first time i went there, there was this one lady that had a bad attitude and we had to ask her if she was okay because it seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. The second time i went there she was still working there and she still had a attitude and she was very judgmental about what i asked for, yall need better customer service.
Great customer service, can get pretty busy but definitely worth the wait!
Boba tea is my daughter's new favorite thing. I visit this place at least once a week. The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. I would, however, like to see more handwashing when coming from the back area.
Went to this store today at 12:30pm and was told I have to wait an hour for the tapioca to cook. EVEN THOUGH they open at 11am. Confused how somewhere that sells bubble tea doesn’t have the main ingredient ready to serve customers. The female cashier didn’t seem apologetic at all for the inconvenience and lacks customer service skills. This is my 4th encounter.Update: I left to get food from the food court and about 10 mins later I saw someone leaving the store with bubble tea in hand. After I was told an hour. Not even an apology issued. The male cashier was more pleasant.
