Cute tiny cafe with delicious, gourmet health made completely from scratch. The owner/chef is very professional, quick yet thorough and careful. We ordered a smoothie, veggie empanada, Mediterranean salad, veggie bowl with egg and a falafel wrap. The 2 large fried eggs were cooked medium to perfection as requested. Every bite was powerful and delicious, our toes were dancing while we ate!

I got a small matcha with organic maple and cinnamon sprinkled on top.The portion was smaller then I was hoping, finished it within literally a few minutes of getting it but taste wise it was worth the price.

The brand. The website. The eco-friendly calling. The menu. And their Westchester Sq. location- were enough to come here. It's worth noting that Val- who was a Miles Coffee Bar barista as well as a chef for an Italian restaurant in Throggs Neck and his wife Daisy, branched out and got you covered here in more ways than one. Daisy's Cafe offers fresh, local ingredients, big flavors, an innovative end result and eco-friendly consciousness using compostable+biodegradable packaging. Forget that Daisy's Cafe is grab-n-go for now because there isn't any seating- the space has a minimalist design, minty and white walls, light woods- giving earthy+nature feels and funky touches like their hanging lamps to add pizzazz. Aside from the chicken and beef in their empanadas, you're really not going to see meat anywhere else. The nuts and bolts of what makes this café take center stage is actually their Vegetarian, global-focused Omelettes to sandwiches to salads to smoothies, etc. I'm usually skivvy about cream sauces drizzled on my food- but Val assured me it was only a bit of the za'atar hummus on it and turned out to be a great addition anyway. Daisy and Val are dedicated to this Café. Not only does Daisy's Café looks cute, but delivers on the flavor front too. This Café and their friendly service did not disappoint. It just landed at the top of my list.
