Overall, this particular experience was a bit of a disappointment in the grand scheme of things. The haphazard service by the waitstaff took away from the enjoyment of the food for me. Perhaps just everybody was having an off day, myself included. But I don't think so. I have been to other BBQ locations and the food and service where head and shoulders this cookie cutter experience. Like I said, maybe everyone was having an off day. Understanding that this isn't fine dining, but it definitely warrants to be more than simply going to the local bodega and getting a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll type of experience.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS BBQ’s??? The place was empty at almost 4pm on a SATURDAY. The service is half ass!!! We had to ASK for items MISSING from our order. As EMPTY as the restaurant was the waiter seemed too busy to really accommodate us. Also since when is there just Mexican music playing the whole time we were there? I’ve NEVER experienced this in the many years (over 10 yrs) I’ve come here. The saddest part is we were a party of 3 and 2 of us had our food for over 10 minutes while one of us was still waiting!!!!
This place now sucks and I won’t be back!!!!
To make matters worse we requested the MANAGER and his attitude is lol “interesting “. By the time the finally plates arrived, the portions were minimal and also BURNT! Burnt is an Understatement!!

It was Very Saddening to Have Recieved this Meal. Although the Food originally looked Good Out the Package it indeed Was Not. Both of my 1/2 Chicken orders arrived Undercooked, Raw in many Parts with a Foul Odor coming from the 1/2 Chicken. The Rice was Hard as well as the Cornbread. I Had to throw out the Entire Meal. While I've had better experiences with eating from Dallas BBQ'S in person many years ago, for this to Be my first Online Order and it to Come in this manner was Very Disappointing. When It Comes to Fulfillment of orders on the business end Dallas BBQ's and many business need to put more care and effort in ensuring that the meals that are being taken for delivery or instore are cooked Well Done and to the customers Instructions. It's not right for us as Customers to have to keep on losing out on Meals and Finances. We want to Support these Businesses but Fulfillment of Orders has to be taken care of in a more Efficient and Health/Food Safety way. Dallas BBQ's, Please Do Better. Thank You.

I went here for the first time because I was in the area. If I want to have a dish from Dallas BBQ,I normally go to the one on Bartow ave.
I have to say visiting this spot for the first time wasn’t even worth it. I ordered a Super Sized Texas bulldog with alcohol and got a regular sized bulldog with no alcohol. Mind you,Dallas BBQ is known for serving their alcohol beverages with a shot of alcohol on the side,and not even that.
I had to ask my server what was going on with my drink,and why he didn’t add a shot of alcohol. He came to me with a shot on the side after I brought it up. I had to keep walking up to him for everything. The food was even worth it either.
If you guys want good food,good service,and great drinks,please do not waste your time coming to this location. It’s giving GHETTO! SMH!

Today I went to eat and I saw something gross, one of the kitchen staff went to the bathroom with gloves and came out with gloves. It’s very nasty if you think about it, you trust people to cook your food and they don’t take the proper hygiene. Definitely will never come back, if you don’t believe me please check your cameras around 3-4 PM. You will see the guy going in and out with gloves. Fordham Location-

Nice atmosphere but the service was slow and the food is not authentic bbq, the chicken is very bland, the other meat has no grill or smoke flavor. Not a good burger spot either and the fries were not fresh
